The instructions for the Vax Rapide Ultra state approximately 40ml per 1L of water - personally I use 50ml per 1L to be safe and my results are more than satisfactory!

Do I put it neat into the vax machine's detergent tank or do I mix it with water?

You can put it in neat providing your machine states it mixes it with your clean water automatically I have found that using warm water from you're tap makes the product works even better hope this was helpful Chris and happy cleaning you won't be dissatisfied with this product

No idea I am afraid. Instinctively I would say if the rug doctor takes a liquid concentrate then I cannot see why this couldn't be used.Just watch the mix ratio and test a small inconspicuous area first.
