Are the helpful for plantar fasciitis? Thank you

When only one size is given for these "women's" sandals, I presume it's the women's size? Some given both men's and women's sizes!!

Do these come up small? the last few pairs of crocs i've bought (not this style though) were too small in my normal uk 5.

Are this genuine crocs or replicas ?
