Purchased this product in Nov 22, it worked ok until recently when the connection kept failing and mic stop working.I have given this 2 stars solely on the initial 6 months of use and reasonable price.I am now looking at spending more for a reliable product that will last which I probably should have done in the first place…..lessoned learned.Cheers

it's ok to use, you do have to reconnect the device to your PC every morning, which is semi annoying and I do not think is the normal for these products?

This is an absolutely attrocious headset/microphone. People have complained that my voice keeps dropping out, sounds like a dalek when they do hear me and only seems to catch the odd word.It's also very flimsy. I didn't expect much for the price, but I expected a little more than a Stuttering Dalek voice box.

Works well but with Alcatel-Lucent Softphone desktop app you are unable to answer calls using the answer call button on the headset, does not work.The headset is also rather large and wont fit smaller size heads.

Can’t seem to work unless plugged into the base so not practical to use.
