No, mine has broken and can't be disassembled.

Q: Do you have to but the caps and how far does it shoot

It doesnt shoot anything the caps only make a noise. However i wouldn't recommend this gun its not cheap plastic and not worth the money.

Simply hold barrel of the pistol in one hand and pull back the handle with the other.

Q: Is the place where you load the caps hollow because want to fire BBs out of it

No, it has moulded plastic to fit caps. This is NOT suitable for firing projectiles such as BB pellets.
