I have been using this spray on all my waterproof jackets, my snowboard and skiing clothing too and it works. Very easy to use with no colour damage to my cloths. There is a slight smell when using it but once it has dried you would not know. The waterproofing is excellent. I will suggest doing a few coats of it to make sure that you jackets etc are totally covered. Defently value for money as it means you clothing last longer instead of buying new gear. I use this spray on a regular basis. If I have washed my kit and once totally dry I will then re waterproof my kit and I am good to go out.

My jacket is waterproof again, that cool.The only minus is after application my jacket stinks.I need to apply expensive perfume many times as this crappy smell still is on the jacket.

What a fantastic product. My wife mistakenly washed my Sunderland golf jacket with all the things you should not in a washing machine. It then just soaked up water.Rather than buy a new one I bought some K+Nikwax TX Direct. Easy to use as a spray and apply to my coat. All done in 15mins and left to dry. I’ve used this on waterproof jackets and synthetic hiking boots. It does what it says. When the outer fabric starts soaking up rain instead of beading it off, this spray brings the beading back and helps the gear stay breathable.What matters:Clean the item first. Use a proper technical cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash or natural soap - do NOT use normal detergent or fabric conditioner or it will fail and you'll destroy the chances of your gear working as well as it should in the future. DON'T ignore this bit - been there, done that.Do not use normal washing detergent or fabric softener. They leave residue that attracts water and stops this product working properly. If you have used normal detergent before, rinse the item well before applying.Spray onto clean, damp fabric. Apply evenly and wipe off any excess.Let it dry naturally, or use a short, low heat tumble if the label allows. Do not leave it in a hot dryer for a long time. Did the job intended up to a point. Beads of rain formed on the Sprayway anorak during a light shower and seemed to keep me dry but during heavy rain falls the waterproofing was falling short with the water being soaked up by the material and becoming wet on the inside of the anorak. Maybe I was expecting too much; I don't know the answer to that. Easy use was very good but only two stars can be given for waterproofing. It would be interesting to know what I should expect of the product. Should it keep you dry during heavy rain falls?

I've just tried this out on a coat I washed. It dried very well and appears to do what you need. However, I've yet to try it in heavy rain.....

I purchased what I though was a case of this product, description indicated Box-12. The price and shipping were both elevated for one bottle but AS THE DESCRIPTION NOTED for a box of 12 a good deal. One these at my local sporting goods store is $8. The cost of product and shipping on Amazon was about $33.I got the ONE BOTTLE, shipped from England! about a month later in a rolled up plastic mailer with tape all over it. No protection for the bottle. Much of contents had squeezed out and quite frankly the whole mess smelled very bad.Amazon agreed with me about the misleading description and after putting up a strong fight got a credit.What a nightmare. You would think Amazon would move much faster to get these creeps off their site, however I think they sort of like it when you get burned as you are incentivized to stay with Amazon.Just because it is on Amazon does not mean it can't be a rip-off.

Premetto che lo uso su una tuta da snow un po' datata, giacca Volcom e pantalone Analog di almeno 8 anni.Il pantalone è quello che soffre di più durante la stagione, tempo di sedersi due volte ed avevo le chiappe bagnate.Sono andato in montagna 2 giorni fa, dopo aver fatto il trattamento, beh che dire...sono tornato a casa asciutto e felice, come non mi capitava da anni!! ^___^Se usato bene, e ad ogni fine/inizio stagione, secondo me è un prodotto molto valido, ricordate di lavare prima i capi con il TechWash per avere risultati ottimali.PS: L'anno scorso avevo usato un pari prodotto della Granger's, ma con risultati scadenti.
