Q: Hi. Does this product include all the piping to the tank and the inlets and outlets that go in the tank?

Yes it does, you get a choice of two types of outlet -a plastic 'rail' hard tube with holes, and a small plastic diffuser. The inlet is a hard plastic tube with a 'basket'. there is enough length in the flexi tube, and you get all the clips and suction caps to attach to the tank walls. It is a very good unit. Tip: buy (from Amazon) a long metal wire (plastic filaments) tube brush to clean out the tubes periodically - they will get grubby! I use a mixture of Ceramic tubes, and charcoal granules in mine - works a treat.

Q: Whats the flow rate please? Would this be too powerful for a betta fish?

Flow rate is max 300 litres per hour which is quite mild I don't know anything about this fish so cannot say whether it's suitable or not. Regards Ian.

Yes media is included, foam carbon and ceramic noodles if I remember rightly

Q: I'm not finding mine that quiet, it makes a slight rattle which is amplified by vibration. Is my idea of a quiet filter different than most?

I found it was a bit noisier when I had air trapped. I filled it then when it was running tilted it slightly until the air bubbles were released, you can see and hear the difference
