High mains water pressure cold water when turned on for shower and taps splashed out onto the floor total cure.

This was needed to reduce water pressure for a steam shower . Works a treat. The only issue I have is because the steam shower opens and closes a valve on demamd the dial does make a bit of a noise ie a slight bang when the water turns off...... But I've solved this by wrapping it in foam. Shouldn't be a issue if the flow is permanent . Pressure can be adjusted by a simple screw.

I needed a PRV for our domestic water supply which was running too high. This unit fitted the bill and was easy to fit. The unit is preset at 3bar which is just right. Our mains supply was coming into the property at 7bar! It is early days but so far all is working as expected. There are cheaper units available online but this one is well made and had a good set of instructions with it. It should be a relatively easy diy job for anyone with basic plumbing skills and the right tools.

Very good piece of kit to reduce mains water pressure for tap use. How often the separate meter gets used is debatable, but it's a 'nice to have' extra. Most people will probably adjust the pressure until the flow from the tap seems reasonable rather than fire-hose standard.

Good product. We had suffered from an intermittent squealing noise from a Mira discovery shower for a long time, which resonated through the whole house. Fitted this in the vertical position on the cold supply, no more noise, no loss of performance. Worth trying if you have a similar problem- I left the valve at the factory setting. Thumbs up from me.
