Bought this book alongside a panini press for me dad as he struggles to eat regularly, amd sometimes doesn't want to eat a lot. He has always been great in the kitchen so it's upsetting to see him lose this. The panini press and this book has given him so many ideas and brought some joy around cooking back again. He likes to try the different recipes and is gradually working his way through the book while also thinking up his own ideas which is fantastic

Great selection of ideas for use in a sandwich or panini press. Savoury including meat, fish, chicken, veggie and condiments then there are the sweet treat ideas. Would have given more stars but all the picture in the book did not show.

I bought this as a present for someone for whom I also bought a sandwich toaster. The sandwiches in this book look tempting and nutritious. A good buy.

Posh indeed.. still prefer good old ham and cheese though, but none the less there is some nice things to try

Bought this for my 18 year old who's off to University and needs a kitchen survival guide. This gives him that and a few recipes to impress his new student friends
