Not the greatest a couple if bits snapped during install and it could do with a clip or o ring to put under the ball as every so often my ball fell off causing overflow to come into action ended up fitting a small cable ty under ball to remedy thisBut very easy to break as plastic is very brittle

Easy to install, but, no amount of adjustment, can stop this very small drip. Is the drip a natural occurance? Otherwise very reasonable price

Installed as per instructions but it leaked, seller replaced it promptly.However I can't return the damaged product as my local Hermes Parcel Shop has a Print In-Store device, but doesn't do Packageless returns. The nearest one is over 10 miles away. It's not worth the round trip, why can't I print the label at homelike any more?

Just what I needed to repair a worn out unit, and at a really good price too. The adjustable ball cock arm is much better than the one it replaced, as is the moving back cock as this helps to ensure that it doesn't get stuck scraping along the cistern wall etc.

This product will do the job but it is not the same as was advertised, the fitting on the end is different. We sent one back hoping that it was a mistake but have received the same again.
