Really Tasty, I've made some excellent risottos
Made an excellent mushroom and truffle oil risotto with this. Will have to use it for some pasta next. Really great value for money!

Not all ingredients listed
The list of ingredients is misleading- the “truffle flavouring” contains garlic , which I’m allergic to, but it is not listed on the ingredients. Very disappointing for such an expensive item!

Great English Truffle oil. Yes - that's right, English .....
First bottle of truffle oil I have ever bought so I can not compare it to similar oil from abroad. Nevertheless I used it for the first time recently adding a drop to each of four small servings of Coucous as a side to accompany salmon. It transformed and otherwise bland but worthy couscous in to a wonderful flavour and taste experience. A real umami hit in the mouth. And it's English too and I am one for supporting local food producers where possible if their product is good. And this certainly is, plus it's reasonably priced at £7.50 per 100ml bottle. Bearing in mind that the amounts used are tiny for each serving it's good value. I only gave it 4* because I haven't compared it with others.

Amazing as a salad dressing
I like truffle oil and enjoy the strong smell. I tend to get a bit disappointed when buying this type of oil in supermarkets as they are not as fragrant as I like them. This one ticks all boxes and lasts surprisingly long. I use it for salads and for making popcorn. Really good, would buy again and recommend to a friend. The only downside is the packaging - the top lid gets deformed when in use.

Beautiful taste
I have heard so much about truffles. Mainly about the price! As a keen cookery show viewer, I took the plunge to try some truffle oil. I didn't want to spend a fortune on it in case I didn't like it, so this seemed ideal. Under £9 is a bargain really.I really like the packaging, very secure. The bottle itself is simple and cute. I tried this with scrambled eggs, a little drizzled on top at the end is how i used it. I was blown away by the taste. It's beautiful. I use it every time now I make eggs, on pasta, and spaghetti. Worth the price. I have gone on to buy a bigger bottle, I may even try real truffles soon.
