I've used the machine two times. Easy to set up and the quality of the machine is very good. Doesn't leak. It has two separate tanks. One for the dirty water and one the clean water. It comes with a sample of the Kenmore cleaner. I've used three capfuls and fill it to the low or small mess size. I used it on couch cushions after a dog accident. The cleaner that comes with it has no smell but seems to work. It appears to have worked because my wife smells everything and if she approved of me putting the cushion back then it had to have done what it was supposed to do. I feel like it's a better quality than the bissals and Hoovers that are out there. Even though this is plastic, the quality of the plastics and the hose and the ability to take apart the nozzling clean it are very easy. I would recommend.

I picked this item due to the price and the great reviews I’ve seen all over the internet. I have to say they weren’t wrong. This extractor does a great job and for the price it does not disappoint. Great product.

It has saved me from some terrible stains on my sofa, my rugs are super clean in a matter of minutes, and the best part is that it is super easy to use.

*update* okay, I’d definitely give zero stars if possible for the customer service of Kenmore/Sears and the manufacturer Cleva. We’ve been calling every single day having to start over with someone trying to get a replacement clean water tank. Eventually, we were sent a “form” via email that we have to print out and send back to Cleva. The form states that we must remove the label from the appliance and attach it to the form, then further states that we MUST cut the cord of the appliance and attach a photo of it with the form so the company can DECIDE whether or not they will replace the part…this whole process has been a joke. This appliance is supposed to have a 1 year warranty.A friend of mine owns an appliance repair company so I contacted him to see if he could get the part for me and I would just pay out of pocket to not have to deal with Kenmore/Sears and Cleva anymore. There is absolutely no way to purchase parts for this appliance outside of Cleva. He also informed me that in his 20 years of appliance repair, Kenmore/Sears is known to have the worst customer service and do whatever possible to just take your money, to the point that he refuses to even work with them anymore. At this point, our expectation is that we are stuck with a $150 broken appliance that’s going into the trash and we are NEVER buying from Kenmore again.*original* I bought this shampooer 6 months ago and it has been phenomenal for its purpose. Easy to dump/clean, great suction, overall was very happy with it. Although I’ve had the product for 6 months, it’s not an every day use appliance, so I’ve maybe used the shampooer a total of 6-7 times. The last couple uses, I noticed a little puddle of water left behind where it sat on the floor during use. Didn’t think too much of it at first until I pulled the clean water tank off to get it ready and there are cracks all over from the inside of the tank. The cracks have spread down all sides of the tanks and the water leaks out everywhere. There’s been no damage to cause it, and you can see the cracks began from the inside (you can’t fully open this tank, so there’s no way to damage the inside of it that I can tell), I have no idea why it’s suddenly cracking all over, unless it was cracked when I bought it and just didn’t notice until they started to spread and leak so heavily.Upon calling customer service, we were informed that it IS a replaceable part but that they don’t have it stocked. We were told they were going to quickly contact their buyer for parts and then call us back. We’ve yet to hear back from them as to whether or not we can replace the tank.The shampooer was GREAT while it worked, which is the only reason I gave the 2 stars. However, I paid $150 for a shampooer I was able to use about 6 times. Where’s the customer service? An appliance is this cost should be under warranty at least a year and shouldn’t be no functioning after 6 months of irregular use.

I have had it a couple months now and honestly for the price it works well. Came with everything it should. The only thing I could say is the solution that comes with it. I sometimes question how well it works. I feel like it could pull out more of the stain when you use it. You could just get a different solution too. But the machine itself, no complaints!

This tool works very well. Whether you want to clean a chair or your car seats, it is a great option. Just this morning, I spilled a bucket of water on my carpet and used this to suck it up.

I've had Hoover steam vacs and Kenmore vacuums, but this is my first Kenmore carpet spot remover. I purchased this for my motorhome. It's removing the dirt like crazy but there are a few stains from the previous owner, that just aren't coming out. Not really sure what it is either. I'm very pleased with the results, though. I may have to get something stronger and retry those tough spots. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to clean up small areas or an RV. My motorhome is 38' long with a super slide, and most of it is carpet. At the time of my purchase, this was rated No.1 on the market. I would agree.

Came exactly as ordered, cleaned my car really well. Capacity is able to handle cleaning the whole car.
