I’m extremely impressed with the high quality of these earphones and they’ve completely exceeded my expectations, especially as I’ve “downgraded” from using IEMs back to regular wired earphones. They’re quite possibly the best sounding standard earphones I’ve ever used and I would highly recommend purchasing them because for only £15 (at time of purchase), the quality you get is incredible and well worth the money.I’d been relying on one pair of IEMs for all of my music devices as the rest of my earphones are either faulty or provide a poor listening experience. My IEMs are decent but are quite uncomfortable and I just couldn’t get them to fit snugly in my ears, I needed something cheap but effective as I’m quite fussy with sound quality and it’s very rare that I like a pair of earphones from the moment I start using them, but needless to say these definitely didn’t disappoint.These earphones have a minimal, sleek design and they feel quite durable, they come with various sized rubber tips which are super comfortable and gave me a perfect, secure fit which hasn’t seemed to move around or slip out of my ears unlike my IEMs. The button for phone calls is a nice feature but I can’t comment on this as I’m using these for older music devices.I’ve currently used these on a Sony Minidisc & CD Walkman both from the early 2000s and I couldn’t believe how brilliant they sounded on both devices even without any EQ settings applied (which is something I usually rely heavy upon), I have no doubt that they’ll sound just as good when used on my other music and video devices.There’s a perfect balance of Treble & Bass which isn’t overpowering and provides a comfortable and very enjoyable listening experience without sounding flat, tinny or excessively bassy. Everything sounds crystal clear and there’s no distortion, even at high levels of volume, or muddiness so you can clearly hear all the instruments, sounds and vocals in a surround sound style.Overall, they’re a very well made, top quality pair of earphones which easily rival my IEMs and I’m very pleased that I chose these 😊

These are really comfortable to wear, with great sound and surprisingly good bass performance. Great value for money and I will definitely be buying more of them in different colours for different music players. The red colour looks great.Hugely impressive! Sony still make great headphones 🌟 🎧 🌟

If you are old school like me, and are not into wireless earpods, then these are the earphones for you!I have tried so many different brands of earphones over the years and always come back to these Sony ones. I have purchased these 3 times before, but only as I have lost them, they have never been damaged or have stopped working.One of the reasons that I love these so much is because I need to sleep listening to something as my partner snores so loud. These are the only earphones that fit properly in my ears, stay in all night and are so comfortable you don’t even notice they are there.I’ve purchased emergency headphones in a supermarket before when I lost these, and they hurt my ears so much when I tried to sleep wearing them. The Sony headphones are perfectly compact and designed to fit snugly in your ears for complete comfort, and they never slip out.The sound quality of these earphones is first-rate, the sound is clear and crisp. Unlike other headphones where bass can be lacking, these have good bass. They are also great at cancelling out unwanted noise, I can testify to this with my partners loud snoring!I rarely use the microphone, but when I do it does the job if required. The inline controls are great for on the go, but as I wear the earphones in bed they can sometimes trigger when I roll over them by accident. The cable is really long which is great for when my phone is in my pocket, or in my backpack when raining. The drawback is that it can easily tangle or even catch on things and pull out a earphone on occasion.Packaging small and mostly cardboard which is recyclable and even some of the old plastic packaging is now compostable which is always a welcome addition! Great to have extra silicone rubber earbuds included incase of loss or different ear sizes.Overall, an excellent pair of earphones that are outstanding value for money! Good sound quality, durable, comfortable and look great as well!

I was a bit doubtful about these as I'm quite particular about the bass sound coming across when I listen to music. The microphone performs very well for the price and the earphones are easy to use. Unlike some earphones, I had no issues with the fit of the earbuds, which was a pleasant surprise: in the event of the earbuds not fitting as well as you'd like, it comes with multiple sizes.The only issue I would say I have with these is the sound: I'm used to a bass boost and these feel more easy listening - all of the aspects in the music are quite levelled and even, which was slightly disappointing.With all of that said, for the price, I think these are a good investment if a bass boost isn't a priority for you.

I bought these for my upcoming long haul flight, I tested these on my laptop and they sound really good!

I recently found my old iPod Nano but didn’t have earphones fitted with the required 3.5mm jack, so looked for something relatively low cost made by a brand I’d heard of.On arrival, these shiny little Sony earphones grimly holding on to their skinny red wires didn’t fill me with confidence that the sound would be up to much. However, after trying the various sizes of supplied earbuds, I found a pair that fitted perfectly. And wow - external noise was silenced and I was finally alone with the songs of my past.After experimenting with the iPod’s EQ, I found a setting (Hip Hop) where the bass was deep without dominating and the treble felt under control. Admittedly, at higher volumes things grew slightly muddy and there was noticeable distortion creeping in, particularly with tub thumping anthems like Madonna’s Masterpiece. But really, it’s just as likely to be the lossy codec required for iPods as much as hardware limitations in the earphone themselves.I tried pushing them a little further by connecting to an iFi hip-DAC 3 and for a while it was like being in a concert hall. But my excitement was short-lived and they suddenly started cutting out every 30 seconds or so. Afraid I’d overloaded them, I plugged back directly into my Nano, and while the sound was less rich, it was still comparable to my trusted wireless AirPod Pros.In short, these wired earphones are perfectly capable of playing lossy compressed audio files stored on a 20-year old iPod Nano. And frankly, if there’s a set of earbuds in the box that fit your ear as well as they do mine, then chances are you’ll hear a far richer and more immersive sound than you might expect at this price point. The red wires look pretty cool too.

They look fine, and they sound good for the price - plenty of bass. Comes with a few sets of different sized earbuds, and they don't repeatedly fall out, once you find the right ones for you.What concerns me, is the wires - they're *really* thin and with that in mind, I'm not expecting any level of durability. Also the jack plug is a right-angled one and those are notorious for breaking easier than their straight counterparts.There's no inline volume control, just a single button which is attached to the left cable rather than the usual right one if that's the sort of tradition-breaking thing that bothers you.Overall, decent for the price.

Super Sound, gutes Tragegefühl!

The sound quality obviously surpasses Apple wired earpods after being fully run in.

Good sound and good quality equipment but I didn't realise they were not a straight construction but rather fit at an angle like the original Samsung earphones.They ended up fitting well and are more comfortable than my original contoured fit Samsung headphones. I recommend these.

Plutôt bluffé, excellent rapport qualité prix. 🎶J'aime bien ce genre d'écouteurs pour ne pas avoir à toujours utiliser mon casque qui peut être plus fatiguant à la longue et tenir chaud l'été. Mes écouteurs actuels commencent à montrer des signes de faiblesse, le coté gauche est devenu plus faible que le droit... Bon faut dire que c'est du "no name" chinois, ça a fait le taf quelques années mais pas de miracle. Revenons donc à nos Sony: Un son plus claire et aéré, des basses présentes mais bien plus équilibrées (contrairement à mes "no name" qui ont des basses fortes et étouffantes). Le son de ces écouteurs Sony se rapproche drôlement du son de mon casque. Le micro semble bien fonctionner aussi....Bref je suis très content de mon achat. J'espère juste qu'ils seront assez resistants pour tenir dans le temps. 👍👍

Ottimi auricolari sotto ogni punto di vista: la qualità del suono è eccellente se si considera la fascia di prezzo (pagati circa 20 euro).Nel mio caso ho anche regolato l'equalizzatore audio dello smartphone, riuscendo ad ottenere un risultato ancora migliore: un passaggio indispensabile se si vuole sfruttare il pieno potenziale del prodotto; credo comunque che anche i meno esperti (o volenterosi di mettere mano alle impostazioni dei vari dispositivi) resteranno soddisfatti.Li ho acquistati per sostituire un vecchio paio, sempre della Sony, rotti dopo anni di utilizzo.A dire il vero credo siano proprio l'evoluzione diretta di quel modello, anche qui sotto tutti i punti di vista (qualità del suono, materiali).Non posso esprimermi sulla longevità avendoli da pochi giorni, ma i precedenti mi sono durati più di 10 anni: confido questi avranno una vita altrettanto lunga.Certo i cavi sono sottili, non è un prodotto da maltrattare, ma immagino sia sufficiente un po' di accortezza.Infine, il microfono integrato l'ho provato solo una volta e non ha dato problemi.Tuttavia non rientra tra le mie necessità, perciò non ho avuto motivo di testarlo ulteriormente.Insomma, prodotto eccellente, prezzo economico.Acquisto assolutamente consigliato!
