Easy to use. Vial has a snap off top so no need for scissors and a nozzle for ease of distribution. Sit under a hot cap or steam in a sauna or a bath with a metallic cap on for best effect. Bit messy if you don’t enjoy using oil, has a pleasant warming effect on scalp on application. Rinse in warm water no need for more shampoo. Only downside instructions are tiny and hard to read against transparent tube backing. Has been great for my natural Afro hair. A repeat buy.

This is a Staple in my hair regime. This make hot oil treatment so simple and easy. I only wish they would create a multi packs say that I can order multiple at once.

I have used many different hot oil treatments and this is useless. It does not self heat, I checked under a shower cap after 15 mins and my hair was stone cold. I left it on overnight and my hair is drier than if I had just used shampoo and conditioner.

I've used this product before. Put in hot water and applied to hair. The oil never known it to be sticky and make your hair sticky. Dissappinted.

It was a gift, when I was called by my niece she said thanks for the 1 pink, I said it was a case because that is what was displayed. She said no ma'am, I called the cust service and was told it can only be sold one even if the case was displayed
