I have two outside taps; one has the pipe coming straight out onto the tap, the other has a right-angle connection with 5cm of copper pipe dropping onto the tap (don't ask me why) - this cover fits the former perfectly but it won't fit a tap where there is pipework too, so be careful when ordering.As an insulator it is well made; polystyrene construction, a hard outer casing with a small foam edge (that abuts the brick wall) and a decent pull-through cord. I am pleased with my purchase & it works.

We've had these previously, exactly the same design, and they work fine. Easy to fit, and should protect the outside tap from the frosty winter weather.

Very easy to put on the tap and a good tight fit, it is well made and I hope it will be just the same next winter.

I thought going for a brand best way to go. The fit over my outside tap was not great, and as far as I can tell, is a pretty standard set up. The toggle system works well and it looked good in place; I peeled the label off before using it outside. The colour has faded badly in the sunlight so is more of a blended pinkish brown colour. Disappointing, could be better

Does the job it’s meant to do, fits well and easy to install. Slight crack in the casing when it arrived but hasn’t affected its use.
