These have been sat on, chucked and man handled by my three boys! All working perfectly and we use when going on long car journeys! Great sound quality, size and cable length is perfect and very easy to fold, which is very handy for travelling!!

I’ve been using the Sony MDR-ZX110 wired overhead headphones for everyday listening, and they’ve been a pleasant surprise for the price. Sound quality is clear and well balanced, with decent bass that doesn’t overpower the mids or vocals. They’re more than good enough for music, videos, and podcasts. They’re lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods, and the padded ear cups sit nicely without putting too much pressure on the ears. The swivel fold design is handy for storage and travel, as they fold flat and don’t take up much space in a bag. Build quality feels reasonable for budget headphones, and the cable connection has been reliable with no crackling or dropouts. Overall, these are solid, no-frills wired headphones that offer good sound, comfort, and portability at a very affordable price. Great value for everyday use.

I bought these as a disposable pair for my mother in law who was in hospital so she could listen the the hospital TV/radio as the supplied earbuds were awful. My own pair are BOSE Quiet Comfort Ultra and while these are not in the same league, for £15 they are surprisingly good and easy to listen to. No sound cancelling but in a relatively quite area this doesn't matter. No noticeable sound leakage at moderate volumes. For the money - definitely worth five stars.

i've always trusted sony for wired headphones as i used a lot of their headphones years ago. i bought these so i could use them with a cheap phone that has a 3.5mm jack, and £15 seemed like a great price for a product i can trust to last a while. obviously these don't sound nearly as good as my anker soundcore q30 wireless headphones but that's to be expected since they're wired. however music still sounds pleasant with these on, even if they sound slightly muffled and the bass is a slight bit overpowering. i find the sound quite nostalgic actually, reminds me of listening to downloaded music in the late 2000s and early 2010s haha. also these are incredibly lightweight which is great for me as i hate having too much weight on my head. the earpads get slightly uncomfortable after a while but it's nowhere near as bad as a lot of headphones which feel horrible just because i wear glasses. they look so cute too in the pink colour, which is a bonus! time will tell how long these last, but for now all seems good and i'm satisfied! :)

These headphones were cheap and fine considering the price. They look good. They started to hurt my ears after about 2-3 hours so I would consider more expensive ones if flying and needing to wear them for a prolonged time. I will look to upgrade these to a better model They aren't noise cancelling and some noise leaks whilst wearing them. This is ok in noisy places such as a plane but may be annoying if somewhere quieter e.g. a bus. They fold up well. I didn't buy the case as this cost as much as the headphones.

5 stars, based on the under £15 price. They are nice simple headphones, with no Bluetooth, volume controls or microphone. I had a set of JVC headphones and they probably lasted over 10 years, easily. Felt solid, and had metal in them ! Since then I've tried various brands, including Philips and unknowns. Nothing premium. All made of plastic. None have lasted more than a couple of years before something breaks beyond repair. These Sony headphones sound good, are lightweight and are comfortable to wear, but are all plastic (aside from the wire and magnets!) The attached cable (1.25m) is a good length for plugging into a phone or anything that you would be holding, or a very close laptop, but is shorter than others I've had. It is also a bit thin, which makes it light but perhaps not long-lasting. It is however a nice material: plastic, not rubber (so doesnt stick to things), and not fabric (so doesn't rustle wherever you move it). The other quirk is that the jack plug is 90 degrees, not straight. Again, that would be good for some people, but for me it's a slight pain. I use them for watching films with my TV across the room, so i plug into an extension cable, and a straight plug is better. My mistake, but i prefer over-EAR types and I misread "overhead". These sit ON your ears, not around them, so you don't get as much isolation, but not as bad as i was expecting. It also means they're more comfortable, lighter and less "sweaty". In all, they're nice and sound good. Just those points to hear in mind.

I bought these specifically for watching TV in bed so I don't disturb my wife while she's sleeping, and for that, they are spot on. They aren't going to blow you away if you're a strict audiophile looking for studio-quality sound, but for the price, you really can't complain. They are lightweight, comfortable enough to wear through a whole movie, and do exactly what I needed them to do. Good value for light use. Design is ideal for storage, not great if you fall asleep...
