Q: are there any medical asserious with it

As an asthmatic I thought it would help and I wouldn't have to use my inhalers as much, unfortunately this didn't work. I don't find it at all helpful and in fact I have stopped using it so now my money was wasted..

Q: does this really work for someone with COPD?

Yes it does!! I'm 82. I bought Aerosure Medic about a month ago and have used it every day since, From being very short of breath,tight and heavy chested, unable to walk very far. I can walk reasonably well now and have climbed several flights of stairs in the last week. The mucus moves well from day one and it's a joy to be able to take good deep breaths again. It works!! Q: is it any good does it work

Hi,thank you for your question regarding "Aerosure".I would give this amazing item a massive 100% yes regarding my condition COPD. as to if it is any good does it work.However, although not being an expert on medical matters,I would like to point out that there are many variations on what and how COPD affects different patients.At present my condition leaves me with only 38% lung function.I am an ex smoker.my medication is, Symbacort 400 inhaler 2 times daily,Spiriva inhaler, once daily and Ventolin as and when required.As much as I find Aerosure really helpful to me I cannot guarantee that it would work for everyone.I would say it is easy and straightforward to use with full instuctions received with the item.Further to this it does seem an expensive layout moneywise if it doesn't work.I was prepared to risk the investment in one of these and do not regret it for one moment.I know all of what I have said may not be the most helpful answer to your query but I am a totally honest person giving you my opinion on Aerosure.If you think I may have answers further to what I have stated the please don't hesitate to contact me again.RegardsRod Clifford

Q: how long does it last ?

A new head has to be fitted every 6 months at a cost of £29.99. The base is fitted with a rechargeable battery. When fully charged, using 5 minutes morning and night, I have found it lasts about 6 days before recharging. It does, however, take 12 hours to fully charge the battery.
