Liquid Smoke Hickory 100ml Brand Painmaker

Fantastic smokey taste. We use this with many meals not just when cooking meats.We have found ourselves adding it to meals we wouldn't normally add it too also, we found it was fantastic in lasagne when browning off the mince a large 750gram packet i added two tea spoons of Liquid Smoke Hickory - the lasagne was fantastic.We will be buying again when we run out although i think a bottle will last quite sometime.

Use it carefully and do what the instructions tell you, this stuff is very strong. It can easily overpower any other flavour so don't use too much until you can really judge its strength. The flavour is perfect hickory smoke, and only that. If you want to make good food, use it as a supplement, not as the main source of flavour.

It makes everything taste as it was long smoked, be warned you only need one or two drops, any more that that and the house smells as if you set fire too it.

I use this for homemade seitan, curries, chillis, pretty much any veggie dish I'm making. It adds a really nice smokey flavour to anything I'm cooking with. The smell is incredible!

Such a smoky smell when you open the bottle, very reminiscent of a BBQ. No need to use a lot in recipes. I use this to make a smoky BBQ sauce for pulled jack fruit. Goes really well!

Great product ace for adding that smokey flavor note. Took a few days to arrive but that wasn't an issue.

Very chemical

So strong, so be careful, tases like ashes, but that is the supposed taste.
