great canteen at a fantastic price
what a fantastic canteen of cutlery. The box is sturdy, the cutlery is stylish and comprehensive.

Reasonable price.
Nice cutlery and the outer case that it is stored in is also nice. However, I have the same problem as many other people before me have commented upon, the top cutlery tray is cracked and broken which is a shame. I imaging the cutlery moves around in transit causing this problem. Also do not attempt to use the carrying handle on the case as the lower draw cutlery will fall from its cutlery tray. Having said all of this, I will keep this item as its a reasonable price in comparison with the same item on other web sites. I have noticed that another customer has requested a replacement top tray, would it be possible to send me a replacement top tray too please? This would enhance the 'look' of this product. Hoping for a favorable response from you.

Nice set - delivered in a terrible condition
The product itself is a nice set, however the set I received is in an appalling condition. To start with the box is chipped on the draw and the right side of the box has split! Then the set was all lose and scratched. Not sure what has happened here but not happy at all with this item!

When you pay a high price for a good quality product, you expect to get a perfect product delivered to your door. It is a normal standard of Amazon Prime. However, this product does not meet that standard. They delivered a broken product.

Let down by packaging
Very pleased with the quality of the cutlery BUT the internal tray holding the cutlery has been badly damaged in transit .Is it possible to send me a replacement - this would solve all the problems .

Ho ricevuto la valigetta con le posate nei tempi previsti. La valigetta di legno è leggermente scheggiata su un lato. Gli alloggiamenti in plastica nella valigetta non corrispondono alle posate. Le posate sono per 10 persone, mentre la descrizione indicava che erano per 12 coperti. Inoltre le posate per servire non sono congrue, vi sono due cucchiai per servire ma non il forchettone. Le posate mi sembrano cromate. Le sconsiglio.
