Clark Drain CD300SR Square To Round Recessed Cover and Frame

Really chuffed with these! A handyman fitted them for me. I've decided to put grass in mine so holes have been drilled for drainage, and some membrane put in the bottom. They have a great depth for grass roots. Makes the drain covers in my front garden look so much better! They are also much better priced than some others I found.

excellent delivery and product exactly what I needed. this is a two part product with the underlying base and the insert try for the drive blockwork. Note that this is for a domestic driveway. The original insert try base had perished and I only need to replace that, so have kept the underbase in case of future need. Odd...but...Note that the sizes of these products are quoted for the size of the drain hole of the underbase that leads down into the drain itself and not normally for the square dimension of the top square. Makes it quite difficult to identify online. But this size is quoted as 200-300mm (for the underbase drain hole) ...and reflects a circa 40cm*40cm square topside measurement of the square insert for the block paving. Probably possible to order the insert section for the block paving separately if only that is required.

Drain cover fits well also looks neat when installed one minor issue is that the plastic tabs that cover the handles to lift the inspection cover are very delicate. They are easy to snap off as seen in the photo. Its not a deal breaker but the fittings for the tabs are very tight so when trying to remove them to get access to the handles is what causes the problem

Delivery was delayed and arrived five days later than quoted. Warehouse issues? Item is sturdy and well made though. Seller was apologetic and responded quickly to resolve delivery issues.

Great product and well made and will be easy to install. Although the product doesn't quite look like the picture Advert in my opinion is better. The tray for the blocks is made of a robest plastic/resin material which is light yet very strong. A good service was also experianced and fast delivery. Thanks!

Fits on existing drain risers, adjustable for few sizes, does the job nicely, lifting plastic handle covers is bit fiddly, once off, just lever up handles with screwdriver and then its fairly easy to lift top even with slab and cement bed, only been fitted few months so fingers crossed for long term durability.
