Is this genetically modified?

it does not say so on the packaging. so i would say no it is not genetically modified.

I'm new to this so basically, how do you cook it? Do you soak it first? Do you added to already made soup for 30 min like brown rice?

You don't have to soak quinoa. In fact, I don't even bother to rinse it most of the time, although that can help prevent any frothy stuff forming on top (not much does anyway). Just cook it as you would most rice, in double the amount of water or stock as the amount of quinoa. Bring to a boil and then simmer uncovered or partially covered. It should be done in about 15-20 minutes max. It does cook up a fair bit so doing 1 cup of 'raw' quinoa should produce enough for 3-4 servings (if you're serving it with other things, as part of a kind of pilaf thing etc.)

High in protein, easy to digest and cook. I cook it together with brown rice, but It need only 10-15 minutes, so I put it into the dish a bit later then the rice. I hope it helps. I learnt it from dr Edward Group. You can find him on you-tube and google Global Healing Center. His company has a lot of excellent gluten free, organic product. I use them a lot. How much protein per serving?

I have no clue.. Your best bet is to contact the seller or Google it. That's what I'd normally do.
