Toni & Guy Professional Damage Repair Shampoo, With Keratin Active Technology, Strengthening & Nourishing for Dry, Brittle & Damaged Hair, 250ml

This arrived amongst Christmas presents for other people and it leaked all over every item. I disregarded the mess, cleaned it up and wiped the other items. The first time I used the shampoo the lid wouldn't open so I had to press it really hard, then the lid broke. The liquid is twice as thick as it should be so you have to force the shampoo out of the bottle to get any. I love T&G shampoo but this might be a bad batch or something. Pretty disappointed at paying over 6 quid for 250ml, plus the state of the faulty bottle and mess it arrived in.

The shampoo is not original i ordered second time first time it was fine but now its totally different packaging change and there are so many writing mistakes on it its looking like cheap i will not test on my hair i can,t take risk chek both bottles are not same left is new and right that i was using before 60 years of saloon expertise and 50 years of saloon experties and see in the bottom side they don,t know from how many years they are working 50 or 60🤨 wrong no

I am extremely unhappy with my product. I ordered the cleanse product twice and both times I have had a completely different product. The first time I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt but after ordering it again, the same thing happened. Im now short of 2 cleanse products which I was giving as a birthday present.

Both the shampoo & conditioner come in 250 ml bottles and to be honest I expected them to be much bigger than they were, although they still had a good amount of product in each. Both bottles also have a push down dispenser which I found easy to use. I absolutely love the Damage Repair shampoo! It has a pearlescent shimmer and foams up so well I literally had a ball whilst washing my hair and I didn’t want to rinse it off. To say the bottle is not as big as I thought it would be, I think one 250 ml bottle will last a lot longer than expected simply because it lathers so good. The shampoo helps to revitalise hair fibers, which leave it feeling much stronger and a lot more manageable. My hair is super frizzy and dry and this shampoo not only moisturises my hair pretty well but it gently removes excess oil, dirt and impurities from the hair and scalp, whilst giving it a gorgeous little shine and making it healthy-looking. I highly recommend both the shampoo & conditioner if you have frizzy, brittle, dry and damaged hair. After only a week of using the shampoo & conditioner I’m really pleased with the results so far and expect to see better results after each use. My dull, brittle hair appears shinier, softer and less damaged and so much more healthier looking in such a short period of time and I will definitely be repurchasing. The product itself is brilliant but the bottle was dirty and looked as though it has been opened - there was no clasp on the bottle like it has been before when i've purchased it from a store. This is why I recommend purchasing it from a store in person instead of online. For expensive shampoo I don't think this is good enough quality.

I bought the damage repaired shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. Very strongly scented which I liked as you could still smell the product after 24hrs. Really helped with my frizz and split ends. But they leave me with an itchy scalp whereas my normal brand (and to be honest any other brand I've ever used) doesn't. Bad batch? Or they've gone super heavy on certain ingredients? Sadly had to return and go back to my normal brands and the itching has thankfully stopped.

Me encanta! Champú buenísimo, me esta reparando el pelo que lo tenia muy castigado. Me lo deja super suave, su olor es muy rico. Por su precio tiene una calidad excepcional, parece como los champús caros de peluqueria. Lo recomiendo mucho. Lo volvere a comprar sin duda
