Pretty good - I'd seen some videos and decided to give it a go - added to diesel and instantly made the engine run more smoothly and quietly. Will need to give it some time to see if the fuel economy improves. 1 can did 2 cars (150ml each) or 5% of your engine oil capacity (i.e. if your capacity is 4L engine oil - 4000ml , 5% of that is 200ml, so slightly below 5% each)

I’m old enough to remember Molly Slip oil addertive. I worked in BMS Motor Spares while I was doing my exams and remember being told how good Molly Slip was. My current car is a 2017 VW Golf 1600 Diesel turbo with 80000 miles on the clock. I thought I’d give this oil treatment a try.I’m amazed at it. I haven’t changed anything else on the car but it’s running cooler, quieter and smoother and my mpg have gone from 46 mpg to 52 mpg.Great stuff well recommended!

I've used moly slip since the mid 60s, when I used to race a 850cc mini, everyone in the club used it because oil wasn't as good as as it is today.Molly slip (liquid molly) prolongs engine life, improves economy and protects combustion engines, they run smoother it's great stuff.I've never blown an engine even under great stress, use it every oil and filter change, you'll notice the difference

I bought this additive as i want to look after the engine in my beloved jag as much as possible. It is a 5.0v8 with 86k on the clock, and is driven enthusiastically now and then. I always use a decent oil, not liqui moly yet, but may do soon, and had heard good things about their additives. I used their lifter additive prior to this, to ensure all the channels in the block were clear, then changed the oil and added the MOS2. Like many, i was reluctant to add the brown sludge to my pride and joy, but bit the bullet and in it went. I can honestly say it has made the engine run a little smoother, can I measure it, no, can I feel the difference, yes. Molybdenum disulphate has long been known and trusted as a mechanical friction reducer and liqui moly are a well established and well regarded brand so i have no hesitation in recommending this product. Point to note- I Only used half the bottle, the other half will go in the next oil change. I did so as most decent quality synthetic oils contain molybdenum anyway, just in smaller amounts.

I despair at times. First things first. Liqui Moly are a huge company. Highly regarded in the automotive industry. They make some of the best chemicals in the world. So if you are worried about putting this in your engine, then there is absolutely no need to worry. It will not harm your engine at all. If you own a car less than 5 years old, then there is no need to use this. Just use high quality oil. If your car is older then this additive will help your oil to stick to the internal components of the engine, in most cases forming a barrier from wear. And it does a really good job at it.To my next point. People putting this in your engine along with fresh oil, and then complaining the oil is now black. Give your head a wobble. The additive IS black, and will turn your engine oil the same colour. As soon as you take the lid off you can see it is black (or a dark grey.) If this a major concern to you, there are cheaper alternatives on the market which are clear. It won't be as good,m yet your oil will look nice for a few hundred miles.All the 1 star reviews because the oil is now black. I really despair at times lol 😁

Item as described I would buy again

This stuff is interesting. Already the car seems to drive more smoothly and is more responsive. Anything that reduces friction has to be good and the LiquiMoly appears to be doing its job.
