Kettler Table Tennis Table Protective Cover

Probably the best cover out there in terms of quality of the actual cover material. My last cover pretty much disintegrated under assault from the elements. This one is made from a much stronger, thicker and resistant material. However, the one issue I had is that the velcro strap, which fastens around the underneath of the table, almost instantly tore at one end. Given this is effectively the only thing that actually fastens the cover to the table, a good gust of wind means I am often to be found recovering my cover from all corners of the garden.

This covers the folded Kettler Outdoor 10 table, but it's fiddly to put it on and knocks the corner protectors off every time so I've taken to removing them before folding away and stowing them in the elastic cords at the sides of the table. The silvered exterior helps to protect against sun damage and should help the cover last a little longer than it might do otherwise. Material isn't especially heavy duty so I'm expecting that this will last three or four years before it needs replacing

This looks somewhat stronger than the green Kettler one I bought less than 3 years ago, which wore away starting at the top corners. I think the corners on this new cover are vulnerable. I will put some padding between the table & the cover.I like the idea of the velcro straps which you stick together underneath to stop it blowing off. However, they are attached to the very edge of the cover, which I think creates a point of weakness. I'll get sewing to fix this.........

This arrived in a zip up transparent plastic cover with rope carry handle and was purchased as a replacement for similar, bought some 5 years ago. They do not last a lifetime as weathering does take its toll and these are expensive to buy.Nevertheless, they are quite robust and they do the job they are designed to do. This particular model comes with long attached Velcro strips so that the bottom of the cover can be affixed firmly and prevent strong winds from blowing this off the table and about (which is exactly happened with a previous cover).

Best cover I have bought. Other covers are too big and come off in the wind, so have lost a cover or two. This fits perfectly on our outdoor Kettle table tennis table and does not come off in the wind.

Pros:(1) CheapCons:(1) No zippers on either side - not convenient to put it on(2) Wrong form factor for Butterfly table - sloping instead of square top(3) Material not very sturdy - expect tears after 3-5 times you've put it on. Maybe 10-12, if you have more patience than I. Either way, square top corners of Butterfly table will poke holes in this one pretty quicklyPossibly user error - should have gone for Sponeta Heavy Duty Table Tennis Cover...

I have a kettle table and it fits perfectly. Made of material that feels strong and built to last unlike some I have had and seen. I haven't had any problems with the item until the strap come off that stops it blowing off in the wind. So my wife has re-stitched the Velcro back on and it's been fine since. Would recommend.

the cover is easy to put on and so far has not blown off in the wind. we have not done a winter yet, but I have a good feeling this will have been a wise purchase.
