50/100/150/200pcs Gel Polish Remover Wraps Pads Foil Nail Art Cleaner Manicure w/ Acetone (50pcs)

I don't normally write reviews BUT this little product is so good it definitely deserves a "write up" AND I felt it would benefit others who are looking for a quick, clean, fast way to remove soak off gel nails. My product arrived within days of placing my order. It was well packed and had a little complimentary card inside thanking me for my order, which was such a homely, beautiful touch. The little tinfoils are easily opened. Just set the little pad over your nail bed then undo the clear sticky tab and pull the foil tightly over your nail and stick down. I left for 10 minutes pulled off the foil and gave my nail a rub with the pad. Much to my surprise ALL the gel rubbed off, leaving a clean, undamaged nail bed. A personal tip is lightly buff the gel nail before applying the foil. This enables the product to soak through your gel more efficiently. Absolutely brilliant. Look no further and purchase these foils, I will certainly be buying these from now on.

We found that this product was no different that the liquid form that we had already purchased, none of them made it any easier to try to remove the varnish.

These pouches are fantastic! I used to use foil wraps to take off my gel nails but I found I was racing through acetone and they were hurting my fingers when wrapped tightly. A friend suggested these to me and they're great. So easy to use and they don't hurt my fingers. They are already soaked in acetone which is so easy. I just ripped the top off, put my nail inside, pull off the plastic tab, wrap it tight around my nail and stick in place. 10-15 mins on and the varnish comes straight off! So cheap, good value for money, arrived sooner than expected and I would definitely recommend.

Does remove gel bit messy as kept falling off fingers

Excellent product, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that they can be a bit fiddly to close around the finger especially when using your non dominant hand, the sticky strip can get stuck where you don't want it to and if you try to readjust it doesn't stick back too well. If the paper/ foil were slightly thinner it might fold easier. The product is a ready to use foil pocket with a pre soaked acetone pad inside, I worried that the pad might not have enough acetone but when you squeeze the pocket acetone leaks out, so no problem there. On the outside of the pocket there is a removable film which reveals a sticky strip which holds the pocket in place when you wrap it round the nail. I found it better to cut under the dotted line to open the pocket as when I cut on the line as instructed the pocket remained sealed. Also I found it less fiddly to cut 5 pockets and tear the sticky strip off and lay them out in advance instead of one at a time, so long as you don't squeeze the pocket open until you actually apply to your nail, the acetone doesn't dry out. I kept the pockets on for 15 minutes and was able to remove the gel polish using a cuticle stick with minimal effort, much easier than when I've used foil wraps or cut my own foil with cotton pads. Overall I am very pleased with these pockets and will continue to use the ones I've got and will definitely buy more.

I was slightly skeptical when buying these due to some reviews I'd read stating the pockets were too small and fiddly to use. I found quite the opposite! Pockets had plenty of room, so much so that they could easily be used on big toes. As for fiddly, anything that entailes wrapping fingers individually is going to require a bit of practise, but I found these little pouches a lot easier than wrapping trips of foil. I simply opened all the packets and got them ready, working from my little finger on both hands up to my thumb. I left them on for 20mins and they certainly did the trick. Would buy again

The pouches appear to be designed so that they fit on the end of your fingers, but they are way too big for fingers and rely on a small piece of tape (only the width of the pouch) to fold over & secure the pouch to the finger. The tape did not do this at all well, and I was only able to apply to 2 or 3 fingers at a time because they kept slipping off. In terms of the soaking pads themselves, they were ok, but I had to leave on for a lot longer than suggested before there was any visible sign of the gel breaking up. The cotton wool pads were also quite small, so did not cover my entire nail (which weren't excessively long. Overall, I would have preferred to simply by the solution and cut cotton wool pads to size and soak them myself. It would have been much kinder to the environment too.

Little hard to apply at first but once you get used to it these work great. Depending on the gel it doesn’t always come off without having to scrape though. They come as a little square and you rip the top off then place the tip of your finger in the packet and wrap it round. They can come lose which can be annoying and there is also leakage so make sure to wash your hands after using
