Thermal Coffee Carafe Jugs, UYOTBKEUB Stainless Steel Double Wall Vacuum Water Jug, 360° Upside Down Without Leakage Vacuum Jug for Tea,Juice,Coffee,Milk

Bought this jug on a whim as I was getting fed up with mixing loads of orange drinks for people and I had an idea to get a thermal jug mix up one decent amount and people could actually pour their own,I mixed up the fruit juice and loaded it up with ice cubes and it works really well, I'm well pleased with my purchase.

This is capacious & lovely quality. It doesn't hold the heat for quite as long as my previous glass one but at least it shouldn't break & it is much easier to clean. I was a bit disappointed in the colour. It's a drab forest green not he bright teal in the photos but it does the job so I'm being a bit picky there.

The media could not be loaded. This jug from Uyotbkeub (how do you even pronounce that?) is a nice design. The main body is stainless steel with an attractive and durable, powder-coated, coloured gloss finish to the outside. The base, handle and cap are made of some sort of resilient plastic material which looks fairly tough a not likely to break easily. The cap itself has a built-in lever and spout cover which, again, are made of plastic and finished in a chrome effect, I’m not sure how resilient the lever and spout cover will prove to be, especially after prolonged operation, or how well the chrome effect finish will stay intact, only time will tell but on initial inspection it seem reasonably well made and robust.The 2Ltr jug is a good capacity though we found that it actually held just short of a full 2ltrs. It is quite lightweight (empty of course) comfortable, and we found that it pours very well. The squat shape and the wide, non-slip base mean it is unlikely to be easily knocked over. The sealing spout cover is a nice feature for helping to maintain temperature and for keeping the content safe from contaminants (flies, dust etc) from entering the spout. However, the spout cover does not open very wide so is best suited to thinner liquids such as tea, coffee, milk, water, juice etc. Thicker liquids such as soups are better poured by removing the cap entirely. I can verify that, even with the jug turned upside down, it did not leak.In practice we found it quite good at maintaining temperatures, maybe not quite as good as claimed by the manufacturer but fresh coffee remained fresh tasting and still quite hot after 4 hours and water stayed nice and cool (outside on a hot sunny day) for a similar period.It is advertised as a “vacuum” jug but there is no way to tell if it actually has a vacuum between the double stainless-steel skins. Steel is a better heat conductor than glass so is less efficient in slowing temperature loss especially if there is no vacuum and, it this respect, the traditional mirrored glass/vacuum ‘thermos’ type flask would perform better. However, this jug is much more practical, more robust and is much easier to clean. I think it looks good too.At the time of this review the price was £19.99 which I personally feel is a tad overpriced.

The flask doesn't keep liquid hot for 6 hours. By then its tepid. Not the best.Also spout is prone to leaking. OK in the home but not for a picnic.

The media could not be loaded. Smart looking lightweight thermal jug. Only received a couple of days ago, so cannot comment on longterm use but so far excellent. At the moment I only need for hot water and after 8 hours it was still boiling hot. I've just returned 2 from another supplier that after 2 hours the water was luke warm. This jug looks well made, I especially like the lid as I find it easy to close, just a couple of gentle twists. I have arthritis in my hands and have found others hard to close. It pours nicely, not too slow or fast. A little bit of water is left after pouring, but I've found this is the case with all these type of jugs, simply just tip upside down over the sink to remove the excess. It is definitely leak proof, I can hold it upside down with no leakage (if you've done as I said above). All in all really pleased and fingers crossed.

I have bought the thermos for travelling and it works very well. It keeps drink cold in the hot weather and hot in cold weather for all the day long. I also like that it is different from the classic shape of a thermos. Will buy again, thank you!

The media could not be loaded. I needed a larger vacuum keep warm pot as I drink alot of green tea and other drinks. Having this 1.6L capacity jug means I boil my kettle once and fill it with say, green tea. Then I can take it to my room, outdoor patio or even to work. So I can enjoy hot green tea frequently and very hot.I can pour smaller quantities out quickly via the springy lever, to ensure my drink is always hot.Saves me boiling the kettle many times a day.The build of the pot is absolutely awesome and I can't rave enough about the professional quality throughout. The paint work and colour is mind blowing and exceeded my expectations. It's made of 304 grade stainless steel which Is high quality.You can also put cold drinks inside to keep it cold too, if you wish.The pot has a large opening and is easy to rinse and clean.It only takes about 2 twists to tighten the top and the easy dispenser mechanism means no more untwisting the top to pour out drinks. This is so useful.I have already used it for several days now and enjoying using it.This product represents excellent value for money and I hogh recommend it.
