Struggled to find fine Himalayan salt so was pleased to find this online (all be it a large quantity). It is not quite as fine as previous ones but works well sprinkled on food as well as in cooking. I especially wanted some for bread making so will get my way through it quite quickly

Quite big quantity, relative fine salt, good quality, suitable for both cooking or as a table salt 0.6mm. i like the taste and the colour. No additional anti-caking thing.

Lovely salt, healthy and tasty, just the right consistency for sprinkling on food, and these two bags last for ages. When I finished the bag, is sturdy enough to be used with the resealing feature for other things, ie. I like to grind a mix of golden and/or brown flax seeds which I can do in bulk,then store in these thick bags (rather than the more expensive bags of pre-ground seeds), I then stir in to mashed bananas, and 'hey presto!' I have a really healthy sweet 'banana porridge' for breakfast, which is delicious as it is or warmed up.

I make a lot of bread, so use a spoonful for each loaf. This double pack looked a bargain and indeed it is. Well packaged and a good product, very happy with my purchase.

I bought this a while ago and the family were all very happy with its taste and value for money.I tried dissolving it in some boiling water to bathe an infection and it made the water very cloudy and didn't dissolve completely even after an extended period of time. Can anyone explain why this was the case? We stopped using it.It seems every Himalayan salt for sale has a review about it not being genuine so I became suspicious.
