Yes, I write and draw on it with a fountain pen and waterproof ink. No problem.

Is each pack bound like a paperback ?

For watercolour, ink, printmaking, drawing. I mainly use it for my ink paintings and drawings. I have used it for watercolours and printing. I love it.
