Lovely cake stand - matches the Alice set perfectly, design is lovely and intricate; very well packed for shipping; arrived in perfect condition and shipping was much quicker than expected.

UPDATE: I received my replacement very quickly, within a day and I’m pleased to say it all fits together perfectly, arrived in Excellent condition. My original rating was one star but now I’m happy to give 5stars based on the quick response, quick delivery and condition of the cake tier. Now just to return the first one. First review: I Was so excited to receive, especially at it arrived in time for a VE Day tea party. The cup for the top tier would not go on, the screw was not long enough, there are 2 screws one longer than the other, tried both anyway and would not go together. Very disappointed. Hope fully the replacement will be better,

If you receive the product undamaged than it is worth it. I had luck on my 3rd!!! replacement! (6 times in total because I ordered 2).First time broken, 2nd time UPS delivered to wrong address and the person brought it back to me(even more broken than the first order photos attached ), so when they delivered it today I kind of was ready to contact CS to ask for a refund BUT it was much better wrapped this time (somebody thought of adding bubble wrap whoop whoop) and the plates and cup is without any damage as far as I can see. It is indeed beautiful I must say, I am just worried that the china is so fragile it won't last very long. For the way it looks it deserves 5 stars but it just seems too fragile hence only 4stars. Also, if you are planning to give this as a gift order it now because you might end up receiving a broken one (o received 4 of them broken), just so you have enough time in case you also will receive it broken the first or 2nd time around.

After being worried about reading reviews of the 3-tier cake stand arriving broken or with missing parts but knowing my Girlfriend would absolutely love it, I ordered in time to be able to order another just in case. I needn't have worried as it arrived perfectly in tact, with all of the rubber and metal washers as described in the instructions too (what you'd expect from a V&A set really....). Sturdy when built, but obviously care needs to be taken with this kind of item as to not accidentally chip/break etc but I think that's to be expected with the nature of the product. Will be adding more parts of the set overtime I imagine!

Parts don’t match, rubber washers that were missing and had to find replacements, bent post stand. This item should have been quality control checked before sending out. Disappointed bought a while ago so couldn’t return. Design lovely but suggest if purchase, check careful when received, costly item if it is not as it should be- I think this may have been a returned item.

This cake stand is stunning. I went to an afternoon tea in London with a friend where they used this set, and it was just magical! I couldn’t resist the chance to have some of this at home. It comes in the box ready to assemble by screwing the plates in place. It looks fantastic. I can’t wait to have an afternoon tea with this when we’re allowed to see other people again!

Esta colección es una fantasía. No solo por las ilustraciones y el diseño que son preciosos, sino por lo completa que es. No es la típica colección sin más. El material es bueno, viene perfectamente embalado y hasta el packaging es bonito. También he comprado una taza y una tetera y todo vino perfecto. Solo tengo buenas palabras. La persona a quién se lo regalé (coleccionista de Alicia) está enamorada ♥️
