Nothing less than miraculous
These protective over-glasses sunglasses are absolutely perfect in every way - quality, comfort, value, with an excellent carrying case and even a lens cloth well sealed with a cute label showing a fisherman with the fish appearing when you put on the sunglasses, demonstrating the polarising effect. The listing description was so detailed that I was quite confident that I made the right choice as to the fit for my glasses, but never expected them to be so comfortable and protective for my eyes. I thought that wearing two pairs of glasses would be uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose and behind my ears, but these are so lightweight and well designed that I forget that they’re there. I had been struggling terribly dealing with the sun, especially in autumn and winter, hitting my eyes from above my Reactions prescription glasses. If I didn’t wear a low brimmed hat, I was miserable going out on a sunny day due to my cataracts. These sunglasses cover the top of my glasses, giving the results of a visor without needing to wear a hat all the time. It will be at least another couple of years before my cataracts will require surgery and I really didn’t know how to cope with this problem. When I thought of searching for over-glasses sunglasses, most of the ones I saw online seemed to be too large. When I saw these, with the detailed diagram of the measurements of glasses that they fit over, I measured my glasses and saw that it should be a perfect fit. I’m so grateful and amazed that I now can go out comfortably on sunny days wearing these sunglasses over my prescription glasses. I even had compliments on the look of them, which surprised me as I thought they would look like something that just seniors with vision problems would wear. I can also confirm that they are UV protective, as my Reactions glasses hardly got any darker when wearing them under these over-glasses. The polarised lenses are also a huge benefit in reducing the glare when I’m looking at the sea, in shop windows and even my phone screen. I don’t understand why opticians don’t recommend or sell these glasses to their cataract patients who complain about the sun hurting their eyes. The included information regarding appropriate use and the company and manufacturer information are also very helpful. I highly recommend these - they’ve improved my life tremendously.

Great sunglasses to fit over your normal glasses
These are great sunglasses, I can wear them over my glasses. I wear them in the car for while I'm driving. They are comfortable even though you have glasses on. They look alright too. They have a case to put them in. I'd buy these again, I did try but they had none left.

Well made and comfortable to wear
They are very comfortable and do their job well. Seem robust but early days. I'd purchased them to wear while driving so was disappointed to read the enclosed leaflet which stated they were not suitable for driving. However, I have worn them over my distance glasses and they've been fine. Great for reading outside in the sun.

They work
I'm not great with bright sun. And I wear glasses. So cycling or driving with my regular specs on can be very headache-inducing. These sunglasses will not fit over large frames, but the dimensions are provided, so if your own glasses will fit underneath them, they are a lightweight and snug fit. The polariser lenses are fantastic. It's like someone just switches my eye strain off as soon as they go on my head. They have extra plastic around the lenses so that the light does not go in from above. Let's be honest - they look kind of hilariously bad. But they WORK. The case is very good - definitely an added bonus. The build quality of the glasses themselves is not so robust, so having a dedicated case for them is great. The case is very firm and zips up nicely. All in all, I'm completely satisfied with these and would buy them again if lost, stolen by temple monkeys, crushed underfoot etc.

Brilliant for after cataract surgery.
I bought these to use after cataract surgery and they are brilliant. They fit over my normal glasses too, which I still wear as I am short sighted so have kept the lens in the side of my glasses where the eye hasn`t been done yet and had the other lens taken out. I was told not to get water in my eye so I wear the sunglasses when it is raining to protect my eye and they do this very well as they are thick along the top, like a ledge, which keeps the rain out. They also block the sun really well but are very clear to see through and also come in a hard zip up case which keeps them well protected. I would highly recommend these to anyone. So glad these are the ones I chose.

not bad, but not perfect
nice sunglasses, but a little weak on the stem that snapped within a couple of weeks... handle with care and you'll probably be ok.

Really help
These may not be fashionable, but they are great, lightweight, large sunglasses. They can be worn on their own or over your prescription glasses, so great for out walking, or reading on the beach, or driving. The polarisation works well. The case is necessarily bulky, but nicely protects them when not in use. They have good all round protection from bright light, while maintaining visibilty. As for durability, hard to say as I have not had them long. I'm not very good with glasses, so this is important to me, so I may add a comment later. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. Hope that helps.

Pretty good
I purchased these, having had eye surgery several times to block out excessive light and, to be honest, am very happy. Whilst they do not completely block out any glare, they do a pretty good job of reducing it. The sides that are polarised are are particulary good in reducing light but giving you a decent amount of vision. I've decided to take the product advice and not use them at night for driving, obviously, but have used them during daytime driving and they are fine. Just check for yourself that you are happy with the amount of vision/block out they actually give to you, yourself before driving. Not sure how long they will last with taking on and off but for the price they are good to try out before spending out on expensive 'real' sunglasses. Being a bifocal glasses wearer, the cost will be prohibitative for the same in wrap around glasses of this calibre.

Great Purchase
Great glasses. My prescription lenses are small so these glasses fit over them nicely. My last pair I couldn't wear too long as they hurt my temples, these are very comfortable and stylish. They came in a nice zippered case which is great for me as my other pair were in an open ended case and always falling out and getting scratched. These glasses are good at blocking out the sun. Really do like them.
