Really impressed with this item Says it is "almost Universal" and that is the case with my Pedelec Nothing that I could not adapt to the fitting but just my particular bike build and will be no problem at all for the majority of bikes Mine only has a short seat post (Shock absorbed) So had to double up as the bike clamp by attaching to the frame seat tube This actually achieved a much stronger and more presentable outcome but my seat was moving with the amount of bouncing I gave it I just bought a new seat post and its now sound The Battery is easily removed Located Behind the Seat frame)Undo the Quick release and because the rack is telescopic can easily be tilted and lifted in out of position It is deffo a good strong well thought out design and is certainly capable of carrying a full heavy load and spare battery Gave it a really good test over the potholes with a load heavy enough to tip the bike lol - No problems at all I have complete confidence in the product as I carry very heavy loads at times My original supplied by manufacturer and advised to carry the spare battery this way just smashed to smithereens after a few trips! You get the tools included although you will probably have them anyway - And like previous review its easy to just look at the Amazon pics rather than downloading the Instructions from a very dodgy web site (My anti virus and browser both blocked it but I downloaded the pdf anyway - It is very good manual if you want to chance it) Its really simple to fit and straight forward either way The quick release could be a better quality as its a bit fiddly in some positions and will not close but no big deal So very pleased and with it being included with Prime I got it next Day

Better than expected, I mounted it without the need for instructions, and afterwards I tested it by sitting on it. I have 100kg and it was fine. I transported with it 20 liters of liquid for a good distance and had no problems. Highly recommended!

It took a bit of assembly but is versatile enough to fit on most bikes. It feels stronger than most racks and held 30kilos this week absolutely fine. Due to it's modular assembly, it did flex a bit which was a problem at speed downhill. Worth considering. I hated how the 'stainless steel' nuts rusted after one shower. Will need to swap them out.

Really impressed. Easy to fit, and flexible to fit most bikes I would imagine. I've fitted to a Jamis cyclocross, and it was no bother at all. I think you could probably do without the extra supports if you aren't carrying anything too taxing, but I've fitted them for now. Well designed and thought out, and you even get an allen key and spanner.

Bought this for my 14yr old son who has just started cycling to school, its perfect for carrying everything he needs without being too big. Looks good on his bike as well. Bought it together with some decent straps and he can carry a fair bit on the back of his bike now.

The Bad Fitting - Can become a serious headache, especially if you have to do it with no instructions provided. You will need to set aside a good 30min - 1 hr to fit it. The tools it came with were "Alright" but definitely not the best for the job. I ended up using my own set of Allen keys and sockets to tighten every screw down. Before using the clamps, I definitely recommend putting some electrical tape around the tubes. Especially around the seat post tube as the rubber fittings don't fit that well. I could only fit one of then for my seat post as it would get too big to actually clamp down. The seat post clamp is the worst offender as it rubs against my thighs as I ride. This is because of how wide it is. I can only manage to move the metal silver clamp up or down to avoid rubbing my left leg, but occasionally my right leg would still touch the protruding excess clamp. I really wish it would have been a front orientated clamp using Screw bolts instead of a quick release. I mean it would make more sense as the clamps closer to the wheel of your bikes is "Permanent" therefore having a quick release is just stupid and wouldn't be used. The pannier tops and sides were surprisingly light. The mounting clamp arms that go on your frame were heavier than both the pannier top and sides. I would be hesitant to put more than 10-20 kg on this and would not even try using 50 kg as it would probably wreck my bike frame. The clamping force alone on the seat tube made a little creak, instilling fear that I have just ruined it forever. I would definitely recommend a more structurally sound mounting mechanism for over 10 kg or just buying a Thule pack and pedal pannier rack if you have the spare cash. However this is a decent alternative, but with a few downsides and baggage. ------------------------------------------------- Now to the things I do like. It has a rear reflector. It comes with a sort of bungee strap, which is useful for securing bags that go on top of the rack from rocking forwards and back. Right now I use it for my commute to and from work with a load of about 5 kg. Shouldn't put too much strain on the contact points of the bike. ------------------------------------------------- I will update this review, if I ever use a heavy load on his pannier and to what cost it comes with to the bike frame.

You are provided an 5mm Allen key and a 10mm spanner to fit the rack to your bike. The instructions were not in the package, as stated in the sales pitch, that these would be sent 24 hours after purchase. As I did not have the assembly instructions I followed the picture as shown of the rack assembly. Assembly was easy. Just a bit of patience with loose bolts once correcting the fitment as fiddly. Overall: Positive: Tool kit provided. Well constructed alloy adjustable rack fits to seat tube with a quick release mechanism. Rear reflector, The rack is adjustable to allow length of top box, panniers. Has an elasticated draw string to hold items on to the rack. As of yet have tested the rack for any endurance or weight bearing as max 50Kg. Negative: Lights attached to seat tube may have to re-sited due to rack fits to seat tube with a quick release mechanism and may be obstructed by a box or panniers .

Der Gepäckträger ist einfach zu montieren und scheint stabil zu sein. Jedenfalls wackelt nichts, alles sitzt fest. Kann ihn nur empfehlen.

Se fija muy bien a la bici. Tengo una btwin plegable de Decathlon, y lo uso para una silla de niño trasera... Va perfecto !!!
