clover 3674 Amour Crochet Hook Set, 1

I have been crocheting for 60+ years, the last 30 years using bamboo hooks which I love but started to notice after a couple of hours my hand would start to ache so I thought I would give these a try because of the silicone/rubber coating. I can now crochet for hours no aching hand, the hook glides through the yarn no matter what weight no dragging or catching.I I like that they are colour coded and the range of sizes. I have purchased a few of the larger sizes and they are of equal quality. Yes they are expensive compared to the cheap lookalikes but the craftsmanship of these are second to none and worth every penny.

I am a beginner to crochet so i bought a cheap hook set which was great. But then i watch a youtuber who suggests that the beginner should get a good set of hooks to start with. And clover amour name is the one that has been mentioned in most videos so i thought i bought this set which is great price. When i first use it, oh wow the different between the cheap one that I got and this set is night and day!!! so easy to use, I can crochet a lot faster and smoother. The size ranges are great. All sizes that you need to start most projects. Solid, smooth and well made hooks. Definitely well worth the money.

Cela fait maintenant 1 an que je me suis mise au crochet et quelques semaines aux amigurumis, j'utilisais les crochets ergonomiques de chez Zeeman, qui sont très bien, mais je commençais à avoir des douleurs dans le pouce qui tirait sur mon canal carpien. Après quelques recherches sur le net beaucoup disaient de prendre des crochets de "qualités" parce qu'il y avait une réelle différence et franchement, je ne le croyais pas, pour moi n'importe quel crochet se valait c'était avant tout le mouvement des mains qui faisaient tout mais je me suis laissée tenter en me disant que j'allais surement les renvoyer parce que l'argument qualité était du vent et MON DIEU ce que j'avais tort ! C'est tout simplement le jour et la nuit, le métal des crochets glisse sur tous les types de laine, lorsque vous frottez le métal du crochet sur votre lèvre vous sentez que c'est vraiment lisse contrairement aux crochets peu chers qui sont poreux, du coup ça n'accroche pas votre laine et vous n'avez pas besoin de "forcer la pression" de votre main et c'est de là d'où venaient mes douleurs. Il faut les essayer pour comprendre, c'en est à la limite de la sorcellerie et maintenant je comprends pourquoi les gens disaient qu'ils crochetaient aussi beaucoup plus vite. Ils sont absolument géniaux. Si vous sentez vraiment que vous allez passer des heures à crocheter, foncez, c'est un réel changement ! Je n'ai plus aucune douleur de pouce ou de canal carpien, vraiment ils sont incroyables.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I looked and compared and read. To be honest I got tired of looking and ordered these noting I did still have some room in my storage bag for more hooks. I'm looking for a hook bag similar so that I can store exclusively Clover hooks. The handles are odd at first then you realize you're working and no hand strain or discomfort Colors are nice, being a guy it's like whatever the sizes are etched on each. smooth workin. not a snag whatsoever. workmanship and craftsmanship are top tier. I really have to be mindful of being a knitter first as these make my speed and accuracy improved to the point I've not knitted in a good while. I would buy again and looking to expand my set/s as we speak.

Tengo muchos años usando esta marca de ganchos, y sinceramente son los mejores, el hilo, no importa su composición, resbala muy bien haciendo que tejas más rápido y de una forma más fluida lo que ayuda a que no tengas dolor en las manos, el único inconveniente por lo menos para mi que tengo manos grandes, es que los siento un pelín cortos pero al ser ligeros tampoco llega a molestar pues no se encajan y es más cosa de acostumbrarse en realidad. en resumen estos son los mejores ganchos para crochet que puedes tener.
