Calypso Hair & Scalp Protection Spray SPF30 Non Greasy High Protection UVA and UVB, 50ml

This (30SPF) actually does what it says it does. I'm not one for writing reviews as a rule, but am so impressed with this. I was sceptical before I bought it (too good to be true??), but it's great. In previous years, I've burnt my parting in about 25 degree sun, so I bought a hat. I hate wearing a hat - makes my head too hot and it's not a good look. So facing 39 degrees in Seville, I decided to give this a try, and it's brilliant. No burn, no tenderness when brushing my hair. So good. I'm so pleased I bought it.

Cheaper than the boots one. Works well lasts all day even in water. Can be used on scalp ears neck or anywhere on body that needs a top up.

Bought this to protect my parting or hairline from sunburn. I sometimes used to get a sore scalp when brushing my hair after being in the sun w/out a hat (hate them!). It seems to give good protection but will be buying the SPF50 version next time (as why not get better protected) as I didn't realise they did SPF50 when I bought this. Easy to use & doesn't make my hair look greasy. Size is very convenient to carry in a handbag/carry on. Price seems very fair, especially considering the silly prices charged by higher end brands!

My favourite suncream brand and I love this! Saves me trying to put suncream in my parting and really protects me from burning. Perfect! It’s not 100% non greasy but I’d rather not burn my scalp, and it’s not awful!

This is brilliant, brought for my one year when visiting Malta in the height of the summer as he will not wear a hat however much I persevere! He is as stubborn as me! I must say given he is blue eyed and white blonde thin hair I sprayed a lot on and it did leave his hair looking a tad greasy, my father who has fine hair, thinking on top and usually turns into the usual brit abroad shade of lobster red used it more sparingly with no greasy look and no burning. I also used it along my parting and no burning or greatness so I could have used less on my son but I wasn't taking risks in the 40+ degree strong sun especially as we went at the beginning of the summer so hadn't built up any sort of natural protection. This will always be a must in our summer skin protection collection. We used it throughout the summer except for our usual British rainy days and still have loads left.

Ottimo. Basta qualche spruzzo in testa e si ha un'ottima protezione per alcune ore. L' anno prossimo compro quello con SPF50, visto che il prezzo è diminuito.

I bought this scalp sunscreen for my dad, and it works great! He’s kinda balding, so his scalp is exposed to the sun, and this sunscreen didn’t leave any unpleasant smell or residue, which is a huge plus. Most importantly, it didn’t cause any burning or irritation to his sensitive scalp, even after a long day in the sun. Just a reminder that we need to apply sunscreen to all sun-exposed areas, and yes, that includes the scalp! If you’re looking for a good sunscreen for a bald or thinning scalp, this one’s a solid choice. Highly recommend it!

Used it just once. For long blond hair. It became greasy immediately! Had to wash it again. Awful!!!

El producto está bastante bien. Lo usa mi marido que tiene un poco de calvicie en la coronilla y frente. No se ha quemado la cabeza, pero es aceitoso y ensucia un poco el pelo. A él no le importa porque lo usa cuando sale a correr. Huele muy bien y lo volveré a comprar.
