Decent ab, wheel narrowness makes it unstable (good thing)
Pros:1. The instability is a **good* thing. You have to work to keep it upright, and it's why I chose a single width wheel.2. The grips are good even with sweaty hands.3. The rolling action is smooth.4. It copes with my 74kg without problem.5. The grips aren't stuck on and can easily be replaced with something else when they get icky.Cons:1. It's not very large, 19cm in diameter, and at full stretch you're going to be practically touching the floor unless you're ultra slim. Boobs and tums might make it difficult to use.2. The grips on the handles discolour pretty rapidly because they **really** don't like sweat. Mine are already starting to yellow, and I've been using it for about three weeks.3. It's not clear how long it'll last because there's just the plastic on plastic of wheel on shaft, no bearing.

Reasonable price, reasonable quality
There's nothing exceptional about this, but it's almost the cheapest one I could find (once you add in P+P, which is very high for some of the others on here), and it's solid enough. It comes without instructions, but look up 'Ab Wheel' on YouTube and you can find some good demonstration videos (the one by cassiusclaynyc is particularly good, as it tells you how to avoid hurting your back doing this exercise). This wheel comes in 3 pieces (wheel, handle+grip, other grip) which assemble extremely easily, and it feels fairly solid with my weight on it (70kg). If you're a lot heavier you might want to look for one of the ones with double-thickness wheels, as this one might wobble a bit, but generally I think this one would be okay for anyone who isn't seriously overweight.Doing the exercise feels a bit silly, but at least that makes it fun, and when performed correctly as per the videos on YouTube you can definitely feel it in your abs. This item won't make you fit overnight, and remember that your abs won't show up unless you get your body-fat percentage low enough, but at the price this is a good addition to your range of exercises and it will help with core strength if not necessarily with visual appearance.

Does what you need, bit flimsy but useable.
Easy to put together. Feels a bit flimsy like it might break under the weight of anyone "heavy set". Does a job for what it's made for, good bearings let the wheel roll easily without friction. But plastic and flimsy but does a job for the purpose it's made.

This tool is simple but gives amazing strength and shape
This tool is simple but gives amazing strength and shape. It will fit for people with average physique who wants to improve that body shape till maximum. Some people will need to reach that level to start working out with this tool. Overall.. buy it when you feel ready for challenge and want to shape your body to the best level!

simple easy to use.
I bought this when my foot was in plaster so I could keep some exercise up. It is easy to use but comes with no instructions at all! I went on u tube to see it being used and I have to say there are some very different techniques- some are very very impressive and i havent reached those dizzy heights, but when I remember I do give it a whirl. I think it is better than the 2 wheel varieties as it makes you brace your core to keep it running straight. Just dont try to go too far out till you are more expert!

It works ...
I use the York Exercise Wheel about 3-4 times a week, and the results havebeen nothing short of remarkable. The key is to be consistent inyour work-outs.I've tried the electronic belts, and they were a waste of time.I've lost 3-4 inches around my waist already, after 6 months use. Recommended!

I'm heavy set and it's still sturdy after multiple uses
Does the job. I'm heavy set and it's still sturdy after multiple uses, my only gripe is that the center wheel moves about an inch side to side, which I believe might be standard (for whatever reason.) It does make it a little harder to keep centralized.

Really good
My advice would be that if you haven't used an exercise wheel before then take your time and get used to it. I've used a wheel for years and the York is just the latest in a long line. It's nice and strong but lightweight and does the job. Just don't try to do too many at the beginning. Once you're used to it though it's great for your core muscles.
