Great
Quality hard wood, might need something underneath if you are worried about flooring (I use old yoga mat).

Wobble Board perfectly
The physio suggested I try a wobble board for balance improvement, strengthening my foot, ankle, leg in general. It's working along with other physio exercises. I'm aiming to be able to ride a bike again .

A great product and perfect for building ankle strength
A great product and perfect for what i need. I injured my ankle playing football and then did the typical manly thing of ignoring it and hoping it got better on its own. After rolling it again shortly afterwards I decided to try and build up the ankle strength. This board came highly recommended and I have used it for 2 weeks and have seen a remarkable improvement. I saw some reviews about using this on a hard floor rather than carpet, but it does the job whatever, it obviously makes more of a movement on hard floor but I wouldn’t note this as positive or a negative. It’s a good quality item, which is well built and does exactly what you expect. I am very happy with the purchase. It’s about 30cm in diameter and sits about 10cm off of the floor when in positon.

Probably 'fit for purpose'
A physio recommended I buy this specific item following a sequence of ankle sprains playing 5-a-side football. On the plus side, the design seems robust enough and balancing on it is difficult at first, as it is supposed to be. On the negative side, the item came in a plain brown cardboard box with no instructions (so it could just be a generic product and branded PhysioRoom) and there was some minor damage to part of the fibre board edge (but no obvious damage to cardboard packaging suggesting it may have been shipped already damaged). My judgment is that the damage is unlikely to affect the performance of the board - my overriding interest - so not worth my time and the hassle of getting a replacement in perfect condition. Overall the item seems to be probably 'fit for purpose'.

ideal for supporting recovery with leg joint injuries
Was seeing the physio for a damaged ankle who recommended me getting one of these; an extremely good board, great price, of immeasurable worth as it has helped me, literally, get back on my feet again - am still using it as the ankle is dodgy at times and this definitely reinforces strength, mobility and even helps with core muscles. Happy to recommend it for general fitness as well as for injury rehab. Since initial review, badly sprained my other ankle - was on the board as soon as I could bear my weight & was running again within the month; would not be without it, find it helps with knees & core at least as well. Update - April 2016 - as new, helping husband who weighs 17st with knees; update June 2017 - as new, using for yet another ankle injury & for daughter with bad knee. Have had it for over 4yrs & still like new. Essential household kit!!

Arrivato puntualmente e senza difetti. Auguri!
