NECA Predator Scale Series 16 Spike Tail Action Figure, 7"

Neca scores again. Great detail. Excellent paint. Very different in paint and sculpt to the other predator figures available from neca.

This is an absolutely fantastic funky looking figure. A real set apart from everything that NECA has ever produced in the Predator line and very different - that's a real win for me - It effectively has all aspects of sci-fi in one - Alien, Predator, Cyborg, Terminator etc. Armour,accessories, paint, detail and updated articulation (like the AVP Preds), all superb. Appreciate that is a Kenner toy tribute and does not have either movie or comic precedence, but it doesn't matter.. It's possibly the best pred yet - this is effectively in a league of it's own! The only thing not great is the biomask - but it's better for real than in preview pictures, although the figure is best displayed without it. The (quite a few) downsides being that some of the armour came off in the pack (upper arm and lower leg) requiring regluing. The t waist joint was also cracked in 2 places, together with the joint pegs holding the legs on snapped through. This also required repair and resulted in some articulation loss. The figure may have been a little too long in the curing oven. Additionally the brown plastic under waist pieces that should hang over the top leg armour had curled right up to look like dumbo ears (either heat or bad packing or both) and were impossible to straighten - had to cut them off. Whilst this is not a £100 Hot Toys or Sideshow piece, so you cannot expect perfection - I'm used to doing some customisations and repairs like this here and there so this is not a problem for me, but it could be for others, especially considering this was purchased brand new in pack and not secondhand at some boot fair. I have had this before though with Neca.All in all though, this is an amazingly detailed piece. Get one before the prices head high north!

La figura sorprende por la robustez (es el primer predator que tengo). El trabajo de pintura es excelente. Comentar también que el envío fué muy rápido y el artículo venía muy bien protegido.

Die kenner-figuren von denen das inspiriert ist haben nichtmehr viel hiermit zu tun. ZUM GLÜCK. Wunderschöne bemalung. Das metallic grün ist episch. Und die borg oder cyborg ähnliche erscheinung dieses predators ist super gigantisch episch. Top design. Die "dreads" oder wie man sie gerne nennen möchte, sind hinten zu einem schwanz zusammen geflochten. Am ende eine art morgenstern. Daher auch spiked tail predator. Er sieht gesamt sehr bulky aus. Massiv und mit seinem überdimensionierten plasma caster macht er in der Vitrine echt was her.

MY GRANDSON HAD A SURPRISED FACE WHEN HE SAW THIS PREDATOR FIGURE NEVER THOUGHT THAT IT WAS GONNA BE THE SIZE THAT IT IS AND PLAYED TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS THIS ARE PRECIOUS MOMENTS, AS WELL HE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS SANTA CLAUSE BUT THATS OK ALL IT MATTERS IS MY GRANDKIDS BE HAPPY.
