gentle and effective
I’ve been taking NBL Natural Magnesium Glycinate for a while and really like it. It’s very gentle on the stomach, even if you have acidity, and doesn’t cause any bloating or discomfort. I sleep better, feel more relaxed, and my muscle tension has improved. Good quality for the price. Highly recommend if you want a magnesium supplement that actually feels calming.

Good so far
I've only been taking these magnesium tablets for a week so it's too early for a proper review but so far I do feel some difference. I was struggling to sleep and the few days I've taken these I've managed to sleep earlier and better. I take them around 6pm after dinner. Will update my review after a month or so.

Effective dietary supplement
Almost 1 month since I bought this and started to take this supplement. I saw some improvement in myself. I started to wake up early without the feeling of drained or tired and not too emotional specially when im at work. Will sure continue to use this product.

Don't go for it, not safe the item came open unlocked, which means already used by someone else before, also I cannot return it.
