Easy melt and application solder paste, worked great with hot air reflow!
If you're in the market for high-quality solder paste for your electronics projects, the Wonderway Sn63/Pb37 Tin Lead Solder Paste with a 183℃ Melting Point is an excellent choice.Upon receiving the product, I was impressed with the packaging and easy-to-use applicator. The paste has a smooth and creamy texture, making it easy to apply to even the smallest of soldering points. The 63/37 tin-lead ratio is a classic and reliable choice for soldering, and the 183℃ melting point ensures a secure and durable bond. I found that the paste flowed smoothly and evenly, and once heated, created strong and reliable connections. One small downside is that the paste may dry out quickly if not properly stored, so be sure to keep it tightly sealed when not in use. Additionally, the lead content may not be suitable for certain applications, so be sure to check local regulations before use.Overall, I would highly recommend the Wonderway Sn63/Pb37 Tin Lead Solder Paste with a 183℃ Melting Point to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality solder paste for their electronics projects. Its smooth texture, 63/37 tin-lead ratio, and 183℃ melting point ensure strong and durable connections every time.

Very viscous and hard to pump. Works very well.
This stuff works very well and VERY LITTLE is needed to make a superb joint. Use the very narrow, pointy nozzles. They are just right for the very tiny joints although very tough to pump. This stuff is getting harder to pump! I even found a plasic cap for the tip but it got nearly solid in the tube. Needed stirring before it could be used this last time. I WILL get something different for the next project.

Works as expected.
I use .007" stainless steel stencils, and an industrial razor blade to apply the paste to the boards I build. Boards are cleaned with IPA immediately before applying solder paste. I use a hotplate system to reflow. This paste worked well.

Perfect for small Electronic boards which need precise amount of solder.
The product came in a nice colored pouch with 2 narrow metal heads and two plastic nozzles. It's a decent resealable bag so the solder pen and heads go back in the bag to keep everything organized in my office. The metal tips are great when applying the solder paste while holding the rework gun without worry the tip will melt and the plastic tips are great for precise positioning of the solder on the boards you're working on. I started removing Mics from PCB boards and charging ports and my job was quite hard not having something that had a lower melting temp which is what I needed. Using regular solder and heat caused my components to be toasted after all the heat and the ports melted by the time I got the solder to melt. While with this new solder paste pen I can actually apply solder without the worry that my components will be destroyed while melting back the new parts. Overall I'm happy I got to experience what it's like to use a solder paste with a lower melting point that standard lead solder. Though they do make such a solder paste with even a lower melting point at 138 deg. Overall there's nothing I would ask for more. And I'm very happy happy with everything about the product. Will try to attach some pictures from the next job I do.

Nightmare
The paste doesn't stick to the pads (gold plated).I had to use a tooth-pick to push and smear the paste on the pads.My surface mount parts would fly off before the solder paste would melt. I changed the settings but cannot get it to stop. Using 0603 size. The solder doesn't evenly distribute like the videos show. I end up with a large solder ball on one end and almost nothing on the other. My parts appear to be floating which means there are little solder balls under neither them. This is electrical and mechanically a nightmare.I tried to just smear the paste on the pads with a tooth pick and not component. Then melt the past onto the pads. Then reheat and the component so the component will suck down. Some pads came out okay, others, if you don't get the amount just right, then there is a giant solder ball.Environmentally, this stuff is a nightmare as small led solder balls will form and then get blown away with the heat tool. Not to mention what does melt and ends up on the tooth pick or other tools I've use that I cannot throw away. Now my lab has tiny lead balls that I will need to hunt down so I don't have a toxic mess.

Change in Consistency
I used this product for soldering solar cells together. It worked well (melting point is above other solder I’ve tried), but halfway through connecting a string of cells, the consistency of the paste became much more liquid. This ultimately resulted in failed contacts and a major headache. If you use this soldering paste, keep an eye on how thick it is.

Worked well
Excellent solder paste! Flows smoothly, adheres well, and makes soldering projects a breeze. The tin-lead blend provides a strong bond and reliable conductivity, perfect for both DIY and professional work.

Does the job
I found it took a little time before it actually turns but it still works great and the quality seems fine. Comes with 2 different sets of tips I would recommend
