Will it turn red luminescent when I add red paint?

The colour of the glow powder can not be changed. If you add a dark colour then this will mask the green glow and the powder will not charged by light. Ideally, the glow need to be added to a clear binder (not water based) and put onto a light background for the eye to detect.
