Helpful, quick response , good service.
Fantastic and easy to assemble. Company had noticed that I had put through a order for this twice and contacted me straight away to say did you mean to order two of these...appreciate this very much. Product was here when they said that it would be here too.I didn't read instructions which were simple and I'm the box and emailed a question and straight away again a quick response.Each pole needs to be taped together for added security and to stop them popping off. Balloon arch looked great x

Can't believe the price for some plastic

Wouldn't buy again.
Rods are meant to curve??? They are straight and rigid. Not easy to use, I had to use a heat gun and bend them into a responsible shape. No easy way to attach the balloons. Cheap piece.
