Reviews for vitamins are hard since there's no way of telling whats in the bag and they have no significant effects to determine what it is but overall seems fine.Slightly sour/bitter white powder, works quite well if mixed with cordial.Taken for a few days with no negative effects. No fake positive effects eg. caffeine spikingWould be nice to get a scoop in the bag to portion it out.

Isn't the best flavour, and also there's no scoop inside, how much I suppose to know how much is it 1g of carnitine? No, 1 TSP isnt 1g.
