Obviously broken by someone, returned then sent to me
I love the product. I don’t love how I was sent someone’s broken items which was previously returned.

Wrong hardware
The product itself looks good but the hardware is not up to par. Mismatching and missing nuts and screws. I’m not sure if it’s just my order that happened with but if you order from them be ready to head over to the hardware store and get your own

Louvers
Good instructions in broken English. But good enough to understand. Would recommend like others to use a good 3M double sided tape. Easy to install with good tape. Ensure that after cleaning the windows to use alcohol to clean them even further.
