Fantastic Product well recomended

I’ve been taking these with an omega 3 everyday since the beginning of the year, I haven’t been ill in 5 months! I work in a school and take trains every day, I also better in general (more energy, strong nails etc). Before, I used to get ill quite regularly. I’ve just ordered another pack. I don’t struggle to swallow them, great value for money.

My 4 am impulse buy, I think it reduces the anxiety I have towards my diet. I don't have to overthink my meals, I just have food and have my supplement of the day. These tablets are not meant to be chewed but only swallowed otherwise you WILL be greeted by an awful taste. I won't say this brand has the best value because I see other brands do offer more essential vitamins for a single quid more but I say it's a good start to taking control of your diet then letting your diet control you.

Been using now for about a year. And have noticed I'm not getting ill like i used to weigh colds etc My whole family uses these, ordered a few times. Will continue to buy these. Easy swallow No nasty taste No after effects Highly recommend

Happy with these vitamins, exactly what I was looking for as they alfo have iron which not many multivitamins do.

I bought these looking for a cheaper alternative to my normal vitamins and they seem to be just fine. I won't be buying them again, however. Main reasons are I find them hard to swallow. The pills are rough, not smooth, and end up scraping the back of my throat. And the box irritates me. It falls over very easily and where our vitamins are on our window sill, it is just an unsightly box. I fully get that the design makes them fit through a letter box, but still.

Very satisfied with my purchase, good quality vitamins, can already see improvement in my nails and hair.
