It worked just fine. Sadly, the printer was beyond saving!

This includes everything you need to clean your print heads!
A neighbor of mine recently gave me two Epson Ecotank printers. An ET-3850 and an ET-2750. They had barely used either of the two printers, there were less than 60 prints made from them. This led to the print heads drying up as they set around. After running the standard 'Head Cleaning' and the 'Power Cleaning' feature built into the printers, it was not able to fully alleviate the issue, so after some research, I ordered this print cleaning kit. This job is not that hard to do, and for most people, if you can follow instructions on Youtube, and have steady hands, it's not that hard to do.The kit came with all of the things necessary to cover a multitude of different printers. The job was a bit messy, but by using the gloves that came with the kit, and a few carefully placed and folded paper towels, the mess was kept contained from the very start. Using one of the contained swabs to dab up a little leaked black ink / cleaning solution inside the printer was all it took to finish the job, reassemble it, and get it all going again!Once the blocked heads were fully flushed with cleaning solution, I had to run a number of 'black only' print jobs to get the print head to fill back up with ink. After that, my prints on both printers are coming out beautiful so that my art can be fully expressed! So, this little $14 kit brought life back to almost $800 worth of printers that my neighbors were just going to discard because they no longer appeared to work properly.

Did not work as well as I hoped.
I used this to clean the print head in an Epson WF-7520. The kit has a lot of useful parts except for the plastic hose. It did not fit anything very well and would not fit at all on the syringe. The solvent worked reasonably well but did not completely unplug the yellow nozzle. Once I removed the print head from the printer it was much easier to clean. However, the print head still does not work right and leaves vertical lines on the print. I am not sure if that is the fault of the kit or if the print head is just past its useful life. The kit worked as expected but was not a miracle cure. This is a follow up to my original post. The vendor sent me a note and offered to give me a refund since I was not successful using the kit. He suggested a different cleaning method to try. I thought this was a very generous offer on his part. I have added a star to my first rating because of the good customer service. (The kit worked well enough for me that I think that a refund is not necessary).

Works great
This is the second bottle I have bought. I use it every day with my epson L1800 DTF printer. It is very easy to use and it works great getting my print head unclogged and cleaned.

Works but poor quality control
Forgot to leave a review that was long over due. The overall product worked and was good, however, the syringe they sent me was cracked...

Works Great. Plan on multiple rounds of the fluid through nozzles.. 30-60 mins & back printing!
* Worked for cleaning the printhead on our WF-7710* Required 2-3 syringes worth of fluid per nozzle* Did not require actually removing the printhead (just use paper towel underneath the carriage/printhead* look up how to videos on YT, particularly if you have an sublimation type printer (apparently these are prone to getting clogged printheads due to the ink/adhering method)* one video suggests warming the liquid* another video suggests you might leave the rubber tube attached to the nozzle for some time (probably for the detergent to work at breaking down the build up?* BCHTechnologies on YT has a video that explains in detail why sublimation printers clogeven after running the fluid through the nozzles I was still getting poor print quality. it improved after running a few test sheets but still wasn't back to 100%. I ran 2 or 3 print head cleaning cycles on the machine after this, and eventually got back to satisfactory print quality!Took about an hour overall but will probably take half that time for me in the future now that I know it will take multiple rounds of fluid and print head cleanings.

Works
I had a Brother inkjet that gave me a paper jam message but I couldn't find a jam. Printer repair shop said the motherboard could be going. I plugged it out at the start of the pandemic leaving the ink cartridges in. Was checking out the prices of printers after the pandemic and was shocked. Decided to look online for solutions which said try cleaning the print rollers. It worked, no more jam messages, but print heads were ultra clogged!Bought this and literally injected the solution into the printer and left it several times before the heads became unclogged. Didn't want to run the clean heads setting too much because it wastes ink, fills up the ink try (apparently Brother counts the cleaning cycles and then tells you to buy a new tray or printer). Finally got the print heads clean and printer is working once again!

Do Not Use! Printer killer.
Destroyed my printer. DO NOT USE! I did exact slow and methodical instructions. Printer will only show error message and is garbage. Good way to destroy a $300 printer.
