Absolutely amazing item has really helped with the pain in my back

It's been heated it's warm to touch. Not hot too handle. To me it's a like warm sensation. I've heated it on the maximum heating level for my microwave placed on the 1 minute heat setting as recommended. It stays warm for about 10 minutes. It does release a slight moisture on prolonged contact. It did have an oaty , wheaty lavender fragrance from it when it was used. I've only used it twice with an interval of use of about a month in between each use and on both occasions it delivered on the heat & fragrance. As I don't find that it is a usefull as a source of heat for me, I've not used it as often as I would needed to do. I guess it would come in handy for period pains.

The wheat bag is a nice size for the neck and the combination of lavender scent and warmth is soothing.

Happy with Amazon because I had to return the product and no problem there, not that happy with the product because it gets kind of wet after heating it and it makes you sweat on the area you have it on. Also, it does not get hot enough and it does not stay hot for a long time. I think the ones with a polyester or cotton cloth are a better option, the fleece cloth over your bare skin is not a good option. I imagine that after time it will get smelly and you cannot remove the cover to wash it.
