But if there's an interested adult willing to read the text sections while the child follows the diagrams, this could be a fantastic book to team up on.

I purchased this for my 12 year old grandson. It would be helpful if it had more illustrations as it's not keeping his interest.

From what type of yo yos do what, to cool illustrations and easy to understand instructions on how to make one simple object do some pretty cool stuff, this is definitely a book that can help experienced and non learn some fancy new techniques, and ofcourse,for those not used to it, the basic ones. Fun read :)
