We create an annual family calendar with key dates for the family. These spins are perfect for this app. We finally bought a machine that allows us to do the assemble at home vs the local store. The spines work well and easily hold up for the year.

These plastic combs are getting hard to find in-stock at any of the big-box office supply stores. This GBC 3/8" Dia. version works great with documents up to 25 pages with a front and back cover stock sheet (not sure how you'd get 55 sheets to work in one). The flexible plastic material GBC uses nowadays is 1/2 as thick as the old ones, but still works fine for turning out professional looking bound documents. Priced at $4/100, but there's a $7.50 shipping charge, so buy an extra box or two when you order and only get stuck with some smaller incremential shipping charge.

Perfect for binding. Perfectly compatible with my CombBind manual binding machine. I ordered a couple of different sizes of these spines, since I use these frequently for my students as well as my homeschool. I have found these easy to use & even reopen to add or remove pages, when I use these with the binding machine. Dare I say it's almost FUN to use!

I purchased these combs 4 months ago. So far I have used only a few but they are holding up right. The combs seems durable and I have them holding thick drawing paper. The made up drawing pads are 1/2 inch thick, the pages turn easily with this thick comb. It is very hard to find this size without either paying a lot or buying by the hundreds. I think that 25 combs for less than 6 dlls (at the time of this review) it's a very good purchase. I am pleased with the quality and price both.

We just created a pictorial directory for our church membership and the binding spines were a great value and easy to use. We cranked out 100 directories in 2 days and the 3/8” spine easily held 12 pages with room hold more.
