Can you use it in the silicone molds?

I don't see why not, it should dry over time and you should be able to take it out easily. Give it a try it couldn't hurt.

Can it be washed? Or rinsed? I want to put on a lid of a cup.

I wouldn’t recommend that you do that.. I did it and it was messy
