I donโt understand why thereโs such a fuss about this product. Each tablet contains only 500 mg of protein. To reach the recommended 3 grams, I would need to take 6 tablets, which still feels like a small amount. Iโm beginning to wonder if itโs really worth all the trouble.You decide for yourself, but for me, this will be the last time I buy it.
