Cheap material do not buy
Very cheap material, the Velcro is like superglue! So hard to rip off and tears the material trying to remove the velcro strap. Not impressed.

Not what I expected
Doesn't fit properly. Keeps rolling up & comes unstuck. Think it's more suitable for males....

not a great fit for me
its ok. it has a fairly large range for adjusting. i' am a size 12 and i think it would probably fit a 14/16. however it doesn't fit great, at least it didn't fit me great, the scratchy bit overlapped and rubbed off my skin. maybe it is just me.. but I returned it

Stiffer than expected
l had a neoprene belt and I found it very comfortable and soft but supportive and did the job well. This belt is stiff and quite high/ deep, it works ok, you can fit it easier as it just the right size for the waist but I am not that keen on wearing it due to how high and stiff it is

waist trimmer
Hi, I have used the waist trimmer once but have not used it since purely because the weather is far too hot and I was sweating even without wearing it. So personally I will use it when the weather is a bit cooler to get the full benefit of it. I would like to use it inside the house and see if its going to be of benefit for me then I will give you a feedback again maybe after a couple of months.
