It's a game changer if you’ve been diagnosed.
This book is incredibly well-researched and thoughtfully written. A critical guide for anyone navigating the complexities of HPV and related conditions, this comprehensive guide provides a deep dive into the facts about HPV along with clear explanations, practical advice, and facts surrounding HPV diagnosis, transmission, and the associated risks (men and women). The book also covers the various forms and manifestations of the virus, including the variety of means by which it can be transmitted, diagnosed, and treated, as well as alternative solutions for building immunity.I found the balanced perspective refreshing. It covers both traditional and naturopathic solutions, emphasizing the role of nutrition, supplements, and overall wellness in developing resistance to the virus—something I typically advocate for but have been lacking information on until now. As a DES daughter, I was diagnosed with Cervical Dysplasia long ago, but none of my doctors discussed the alternative treatments covered in this book. The general philosophy in the medical community for a long time was that after age 25, I was no longer at risk for developing cervical cancer. Based on the author's research, I discovered something opposite of what I previously believed. While the risk of cervical cancer due to Cervical Dysplasia after age 50 declines sharply for most women, C.W.Willington points out an important distinction supported by multiple recent studies: Continued annual exams with testing past the age of 65 are highly recommended for women with Cervical Dysplasia because women exposed to DES in utero face a significantly higher risk of rare and aggressive cervical cancers compared to the general population, even later in life. After reading this, I plan to embark on therapy with Beta-Mannan/Vera-Mannan supplement and Iodoral to both improve my immunity and assist with treating some other issues I face, conditions which those two supplements have been shown to improve. I plan to discuss this with my new doctor, a functional medicine advocate. The evidence-based insights and practical advice on building immunity in this book empowered me with the knowledge needed to make better-informed decisions about my health with helpful, actionable information. This is a great book to have as a resource for holistic health and recovery, regardless of whether you've recently received a diagnosis or are seeking to expand your knowledge. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be better informed and supported by practical advice. It’s been a game-changer, empowering me with knowledge and confidence.

awesome book, critical to follow to get rid of HPV and cervical dysplasia
I am a classically and US trained western medicine MD, but have learned that there is a lot of natural (God's) medicine that does work if you give it a chance. I can say with confidence that this book is mandatory if you have HPV or any cervical dysplasia. The information in this book for healing all issues is well researched and described and definitely works.Especially important to know is that the aloe extract BetaMannan (TM) referenced on page 165 does definitely work to cure HPV and cervical dysplasia. My sister actually was diagnosed with advanced stage cervical dysplasia from HPV (after 3 years of documented progressively deteriorating PAP smear results), and she could not get the recommended surgery immediately because of her job so she was understandably terrified. So I told her to take BetaMannan until she could get treated, and told her that it would keep her dysplaisa from progressing further since even I did not believe it could be a cure at the time (so no placebo effect here since I did not suggest to her at all that it would cure her). I just really wanted to give her something that would comfort her because she had delay of treatment and was very stressed about it.Six months later when she was finally able to get back to see her gynecologist, her repeat PAP smear was completely negative. The gynecologist repeated the test 3 additional times over the next 3 months because he could not believe it. When my sister told him what she was taking, he wrote it off as hogwash, even though she had documented severe cervical dysplasia (on multiple PAP smears) that completely disappeared after using this supplement. She has since gone to a new more open minded gynecologist and has had negative PAP smears since. She is back to getting her PAP smears every 3 years since they have been repeatedly normal for years now.Of note, it does mention on page 165 that this supplement has a 95% success rate from testimonials. As with all supplements, testimonials are key to know if something truly works since the FDA does not allow claims of cure for any supplement. The western medicine world and FDA calls testimonials regarding supplements "anecdotes", however if thousands of people have "anecdotes" that say something works, then I do not need a double blind placebo controlled study to prove that it works. It's like needing a study like that to prove that a parachute will save your life should you jump out of a plane. For those skeptical scientists who want the double blind placebo controlled study, they can have the "placebo" parachute in the study :) while I have faith in the parachute because the parachute has saved others' lives (anecdotally of course).I also take this supplement listed in the book faithfully and also have been cancer free since 2013 after I started taking it. For anyone suffering and frightened from a diagnosis of HPV or cervical dysplasia, have faith now that there are natural ways to help your body cure itself outlined in this book, and not the least of which is the supplement BetaMannan (from aloe vera) which is listed on page 165. Great book Dr Willington!

A Must-Read for those in the medical community!
As a medical student, I found this book incredibly helpful and insightful. HPV is such a common topic in medicine, but it’s not always explained in a way that feels clear to most. This book provided a deeper understanding of how HPV works, its connection to cervical health, and ways to address it effectively. What I appreciated most was how it outlined treatment options and steps to build immunity in a way that was grounded in evidence. It also sheds light on the emotional and psychological aspects of dealing with HPV, which is something I think is often overlooked in medical education. This gave me a more well-rounded perspective that I’ll be able to use when I talk to my future patients. The section on prevention and long-term health strategies stood out to me as well—it’s reassuring to know there are ways to manage and protect yourself beyond just the medical treatments. I’m so glad I found this book, as it’s helped me feel more prepared for conversations with patients and has given me tools I can confidently recommend. Whether you’re in the medical field or just want to learn more about HPV, this is a great resource. Great read!
